It Does What It Says and Then Some
I’ve been really impressed with the Withings Body Composition Scale. It goes far beyond just measuring weight and gives a much more complete picture of overall health. I love being able to track body fat, muscle mass, water percentage, and even trends over time—it makes progress feel more meaningful than just a number on the scale. The setup was simple, and the app is very user-friendly. Everything syncs automatically, which makes it easy to stay consistent without extra effort. The design is sleek and modern, and the scale itself feels very high-quality and accurate. What I appreciate most is how motivating it is. Seeing changes in body composition—even when the scale doesn’t move much—has helped me stay focused and positive. Overall, it’s a great investment if you’re looking for a smarter, more holistic way to track your health.

No worth at all !!!!
To be honest, this is a complete waste of money, it’s just a marketing stunt, the product is inaccurate, over priced, and there way better scales 10 times less expensive giving you much more data. The app doesn’t show anything, super basic, unless you pay for an additional membership. Really regrettable purchase from my side !!!

More than just a scale. Helps track your full health picture.
If you're already using other Withings devices like the BPM Vision blood pressure monitor, Sleep Analyzer, or any of their watches, the Smart Body scale fits right in and completes the picture. I’ve found that the weight tracking is consistent, but it's body composition and health metrics that make this scale worth it. Things like visceral fat, metabolic age, and even the 6-lead ECG give me insight that a basic scale could never do. It also tracks trends clearly, you're not just getting numbers, you're seeing progress. What I like the most is how all the data comes together in the iPhone app. My blood pressure readings from Vision, ECGs, sleep quality, and my daily weight all sync seamlessly. I can open the app and really understand how I'm doing, not just with weight, but with overall health. I'm currently working on weight loss with Zepbound, using CPAP for moderate sleep apnea, and staying on top of supplements and nutrition. This scale in the mix has made a big difference in staying consistent. Even if the scale doesn't move some days, I see other metrics improving, which keeps me from being discouraged. The build quality is great, the screen is easy to read, and the app syncing has never failed. It's one of the few health devices I would buy again without any hesitation.

Ottima bilancia per tenere sotto controllo tanti parametri vitali
Bilancia pronta all’uso dopo installazione app e registrazione.
