SteelSeries Siberia 200 Gaming Headset

Great headset w/mic for its price!
I am not a gamer nor did I receive this headset as a promotion. I was looking for a headset with an external microphone with my smartphone. I use my phone for both personal and business use and prefer to keep my hands-free. I purchased this headset based on the functionality of this headset as headphones for music/podcasts and retractable microphone when not in use. I felt the sound was good. Definitely not sound cancelling since I still heard background noise, which I'm ok with. Headphones fit over both ears. I was told that I sounded like I was on a landline with no weird mic hissing. Pretty satisfied!

Good Headset
I had these for a month now and this headset is great. The headband and leather earcups makes the headset more comfortable. The audio and the mic are ok, however i do notice some static feedback for the mic, but this isn't a problem for me. My main complaint with this headset is that it doesn't supoort Steelseries Engine, so that you can't change anything to this headset. Other than that, i woukld totally recommends this to anyone Pros: Leather earcups Ok sounds Great quality and looks Retractable mic Good for long gameplay Comfortable Flexible headband Cons: Limited size for big heads Static feedback from mic No Steelseries Engine support Ears get warm later on Could be cheaper

Very good quality Gaming Headphones
Pros: Light, Comfortable, Cancelling, excellent Design, Great Quality Cons: Might feel higher priced, but worth it Design- These are headphones designed for gaming and so they appear much larger than regular headphones. When you ware it, it is absolutely comfortable. They have a great head strap which makes it absolutely comfortable. The retractable cables used appear of very high quality of steel and good spring action Ear cups are exceptional. Have used this extended period (3 hours) and did not feel any dissemination comfort. Mic, this is another important element in the design, loved the whole idea of a mic concealing inside the earphone and when required can easily been pulled out. THUMS UP for this. Cables- this come with 2 gold tipped 3.5 mm pins for mic and speakers respectively. Also in the box there is an adaptor to make it into a single pin that can be used on phone jack as well. Another important aspect the control in the cable, this can control the volume as well as mute the mic. The quality of the wire and other components are really high quality. Quality- As I had mentioned in the design, quality of all components are really good. Sound- it really sounds great for games, music as well as any calls as well. Have used the headphone for all these purpose and totally impressed with the great quality. On the box they make a claim “The best Gaming headphone in its class” this is totally true also should have added no less when considered as music or call headphones. It cancels external noise and makes the overall experience enjoyable. Mic quality is exceptional. Tried it both on web based calls as well as mobile phone is and the performance is exceptional. Conclusion- if you are gamer or a person who listens to music or a person who has a lot of web based calls to take, these headphone are highly recommend for you. Go ahead and buy them and you not be disappointed.
