Bad quality and faulty. Defeats the purpose of ergonomic chair
I kept a lot of research before buying the chair, the chair for this price, this chair is really poor quality and better to stay out if it. The back support is loose and keeps wiggling as you sit on it. The head rest is very loose, when you recline there’s no way to rest your head with the support moving loosely. The most annoying part is the recline feature, it’s only electrically powered!! And you don’t have the option to recline without power which defeats the whole purpose for an ergonomic chair! It says the footrest is adjustable, but you can’t adjust because it unfolds with electric power only. The chair has a power bank mounted to it to operate the mechanism, but the cable to connect the power bank to the chair is not included! So the only way to power the chair is by plugging it to the wall! These are not acceptable given the price. It’s expected to have a better quality let alone the faulty arm rest out of the box. Honestly for the price there are many better and more versatile option
