I recommend it
Absolutely great product from a well known brand. The product as described and very comfortable for office and home use. I recommend it
Not a comfortable chair
I have started having constant shoulder pain after purchasing this chair. The lumbar is not supportive and the chair is uneasy to sit in for more than 45 mins or an hour. The backrest pushes you out from the chair and the handles keep on swinging with your weight. I would recommend not to invest on this chair.
Good but could be even better.
The chair is stylish, comfy and was easy to assemble. Definitely helps with lower back pain. But it makes noises when reclining even it is 2 days old. I wish it also could keep the reclined position fixed.

Little bit expensive than expecting comfort
Overrated
Only looks is good. Not comfortable, mesh seat is so hard on the thighs. With this price I expected more functionality on the arms rests. The lumbar support is also fixed and not adjustable which is very hard.

One month of using this chair. The headrest is in an uncomfortable position. Its fitted too far forward and no way to push it back a little. Had to remove it completely. The wheels are noisy, and they don't allow for smooth movement. Very jerky. The chair creaks a lot. If you want a smooth, comfortable, noise free chair this isn't for you
OK Chair - but I was expecting more
Chair is OK and functioning, but at this price level I was expecting more functionality. The back leans too much backwards, and can only be locked in front position. Quality is OK, assembly easy and tools provided. Looks nice. Comfortable in laid-back position, but not in writing or compute work position. I would not buy again.
Easy to put together and well designed
I really like this desk chair, it's very comfortable and feels fairly sturdy. Putting it together was fairly easy, too and can be done by one person but its easier with two. The lumbar cushion is spring loaded so it self-adjusts and gives the perfect amount of support. The headrest has a height adjustment and two pivot points so depending on what's most comfortable for you it's easy enough to get it set right. I like that the armrests can be pushed up and out of the way if they're not needed, and they extend too which is especially useful if you're tall. The angle of the back isn't adjustable which would've been nice, but it does have some flex, the jury's out on how that'll affect the longevity of the chair. The instructions provided are clear and easy to understand so it's fairly easy to assemble. The chair very comfortable, it also seems higher than most so again would be great for someone tall. Once assembled its very sturdy I particularly appreciate that the base is metal and screwed together making it extra durable. The screws/fixings come in plastic with cardboard backing, I'd prefer if they came in seperate bags but that's just my personal preference. A nice T-headed Allan key is provided which is much better than the standard L-shaped ones. The mesh of the seat/backrest is really comfortable, and keeps you cool too which will be great in the summer. The height adjustment is smooth and doesn't go down over time when sitting in the chair which canbe an issue with cheaper chairs. Overall I think this is a good quality, well designed and comfortable chair though possibly a bit overpriced. I would still recommend it. 4*
Very comfortable
I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review purely to get a real sense of what it has to offer. Usually, when upgrading to a new product, initially it feels comfortable and great. But shortly after, you start to realise its flaws. With this office chair, it feels incredibly comfortable now as it did on the first day. Even with used for a long period of time. Because of this, I feel it warrants its price tag. Assembling the chair was very easy. The instructions was clear and easy to follow. The only confusion I had was installing the individual legs. It had a plastic filler inside each leg. Wasn’t clear if that had to be removed or not. I left it inside because it felt more secure. It was nice they added an extra screw and bits for every part. Once assembled, the chair feels very sturdy and firm. Spins incredibly smooth. Every moving part is feels tuned close to perfection and it feels like almost everything has been thought out carefully. Such has the arm rest is adjustable. It can be extended, twisted inwards for gamers, it twist outwards, not sure why I would need that, but it’s available just in case. The head rest can be extended upwards and can be tilted in two ways. You’re sure to find a comfortable position. The lower back is on a suspension. It adjusts easily to your posture. It has a hanger at the back of the head rest. Never thought it would be useful. My wife uses it to hang her clothes while steam ironing and hang my shirts after ironing. It does recline. Which I absolutely love. I miss this feature from my old one. But currently it is very firm. This is good and bad. It’s good because I can recline it to my preferred position easier. If it was too soft, I will have less control. But it feels as if it’s fighting to return to its original position. This has improved over time. Lastly, the mesh material is an absolute joy. Easy to put together and quality, but features lacking
The chair arrives well-packed, instructions are clear and you get all the parts and tools for putting it together. It was a 20 min job for 2 people but could have been done quicker and by one person, with some experience. You also get spare screws etc in case some are damaged or need a replacement, which is appreciated. The chair feels solid and well-built, especially the chrome base looks good and like it would lend many hours of support without breaking. All the mechanisms work well and I appreciated having the option of a removable headrest. The seat of the chair, made of mesh material, is supportive whilst being comfortable. Here are my issues with this chair, hence only 4 stars: - for the price (around £150 when ordering), I would have liked for the armrests to have an option to go up or down (never mind any other directions). As in, the ability to adjust their height. As it is, they can only swivel to be taken out of position not to be used, but if you want to use them, there is only one fixed height. - the lumbar support is quite pronounced and whilst it's somewhat springy, it's non-removable and doesn't slide up or down, so if you find it uncomfortable you're out of luck. Be aware and only order if this is what you want.
Well designed and built with great adjustability. May be a little flexible and soft for some.
Assembly is pretty easy and can be done alone, it is quite heavy getting it all out the box, but it's not hard to put it together and takes no special skills. You get everything in the box, including a decent allen key tool with a handle. If you have a ratchet it will be easier, but I make a point to build things with the box tools in order to test them and this worked absolutely fine. Overall it took me about 25-30 minutes to unpack and build the chair. The instructions are detailed and clear and the parts can only really go together one way. For each washer and screw you get an extra spare, which is a nice touch. Once built the chair looks really nice and feels good. It's infinitely adjustable it seems, and small details like twisting the armrests make it really comfy. It is a bit flexible. If you like harder, stiffer chairs then this may not be for you as there is a fair bit of give when you move around. I'm okay with this and find it comfortable, but I can see this might be a bit of a deal breaker for others so it's definitely worth mentioning. The base is solid metal and the casters are good. I have some upgraded office wheels on my old chair with fancy bearings and such, but I didn't bother putting them on this as the wheels are good enough as is, and they look nice to boot. Overall this is a great chair. I work at my desk for a full day quite often and I have enjoyed using this and found it perfectly comfortable. The support is enough, whilst having a decent amount of give and flex to feel a little bouncy and squishy, which I like, but is worth considering if you're looking at this chair. The details make it feel well designed and well built.
