Long review for wrong color chair
This chair is about the same size of a normal office chair you’d typically find. I’m a 5’3” female and thankfully the lowest setting allows me to plant my feet comfortably on the ground. The tilt of the seat is fine although I haven’t adjusted it much to really test it, the wheels work well on carpet, and the back support is very nice especially not having that feature on my previous chair. I’m curious to see how the actual cushion will feel during the summer heat for breathability, but right now it is a major improvement from my previous chair cushion wise. I’m able to comfortably sit at my desk for hours. The armrests can be adjusted slightly up and down which is a feature I specifically looked for but had trouble finding here on Amazon and can be pushed up so the chair can be pushed in all the way to one’s desk space. Building it wasn’t too bad, had a bit of trouble when it came to attaching the seat cushion to the backing of the chair but the instructions advised having the backing propped on top of the box it came in to help. Overall, it is a very nice chair especially for the price if you’re not picky. My gripes are a slight creaking noise when the chair is locked in place instead of being free to lean. It’s not a big deal to me but could be to some. The biggest problem was the fact I got sent the wrong color chair, I ordered a khaki color but got black, granted the black costs more however it wasn’t what I chose. I decided to keep it because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of taking this large box to the post office and trying to figure out how to send it back. Thankfully, I did email the address that was on the 5-year warranty card that comes with the chair and the customer service was amazing! They apologized, gave me a full refund, and still activated my warranty. It’s a great chair with great customer service.
