Great 12v bench supply
This is a fine little power supply. Using it to power a mobile radio. Stable current that delivers plenty of juice. No problems with it delivering more than the radio demands. Quality design and construction.
Works great for most HF rigs or small mobile amps of around 100 watts
Very good supply. I run an Icom IC7300 on this with no problem, and no noise. The size is great and very light.
Worth The Money, Happy Customer, Purchase Good Banana Plugs For Ease Of Operation
I have two of these identical units for my home use which are connected to two of my transmitters which i own. Thus far, I have no issues and am very pleased with the performance of this budget priced switching power supply. The variable noise offset potentiometer is very useful on the low HF bands. The overall size of this unit is small, which is great for the home shack. I would suggest looking at all the listings on Amazon as the price does vary from vendor to vendor. I would also suggest purchasing good Banana Plugs for the rear connection. VCELINK Speaker Banana Plugs, 24K Gold plated Dual-Screw Type was my choice and highly recommended. Again, shop around for the best price. I purchased my banana plugs at Walmart (sorry Amazon). At the time of this review the price was $9.99 for 6 pairs/12 pieces.
Awesome power supply
Great power supply. Has not let me down. I would recommend any ham radio enthusiast.
Stable voltage under load.
Using this power supply to power an FT891. Seems to have clean DC and very stable 13.8 volts under 20-30 amp load. The meter is a nice feature too.
