Nice solid enclosure that is pretty fast.
This is a nice enclosure. Feels very well built with quality materials. Easy to install the SSD and is pretty quick. I installed a 1TB SSD by Sabrent that is advertised to get speeds up to 15GB/s. I was hoping to see those speeds since this enclosure is rated up to 80 GB/s. Unfortunately I topped out around 6GB/s in testing. Still pretty darn fast, but not getting the speeds I was hoping to get considering. I am not dropping any starts for speed since I am not sure if it's the enclosure or the SSD (or my M4 Pro MacBook Pro). Still a 5 star enclosure in my opinion.
