Take care with the small parts.
It’s a good set you need to be careful when putting it together the small parts are tricky but it’s worth the care it works really well when finished.
Great value for the modest cost.
This offers all the challenge of other slot together models. The laser cut wooden parts slot together amazingly well with no need for glue. Best built over several evenings rather than rushed and the end result is a very satisfactory marble run when you wind the handle.

Mechanical Marble Run Model
At 154 pieces, this is one of the smaller wooden kits I've built, which made it feel a bit less daunting than some of the larger models. The box suggests 2-3 hours for the build, but it took me closer to 5 hours, so depending on your experience with similar kits I'd allow a bit longer than the estimate. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, although some of the wooden pieces are quite delicate so be gentle when pressing them out of the sheets. At less than £30 I think it's good value for money. I like that it's a bit smaller than many similar kits, which makes it feel less overwhelming to complete. It's a good alternative if you don't want to spend the money on one of the more expensive branded versions.
