Worst Games workshop packaging
I've been collecting GW for over 35 years. This is hands down the worst packaging I've ever seen. Models are only "protected" by the thin card and the box itself is this as loose leaf . Ordered my first one and the box was damaged , the book was damaged inside the sleeve it comes in. They sent a replacement and that was even worse. Missing the hive scum, genestealers were all sorts of broken . Loose bits all over the inside . And the icing was the book was all scuffed up again!
Iffy
Box had been opened and I found pieces of the spyier hunter kit cut from the sprue and loose in the box.
Paid for new received opened and damaged product.
I bought this for my husband's birthday. It wasn't opened until he unwrapped the delivery box and it was very obviously already opened and riffled through. We suspect that pieces are missing. When I buy at new pricing I expect to receive a fully unopened new product.
Contents intact, not new condition
Box was not in shrink wrap. It was re-taped and exterior showed wear and a hole on front of box in the middle. Contents were all present.
