A wonderful kit! I have built A LOT of these type of kits and Rolife is one of the best. The instructions are clear and concise. The fit and finish on all 422 pieces are precise and accurate. Not to mention, the finished model is worthy as a display piece. The build time takes substantially longer than they suggest but that only prolongs the enjoyment. With no “cussing or frustration” the build is enjoyable and relaxing. Now, with wood, you may expect a few places where you need to add some white glue (Elmers) to correct some ever so slight warpage. (But really if you are just a perfectionist, like myself.) I would also say that their recommended age of 14 would require some adult assistance. There is also a small amount of electrical lighting but very easy to do, so don’t be intimidated. The circuit board is premade with simple “can’t mess it up” instructions. No batteries are required as they use standard cell phone chargers to power it. (Not included) In all, this is a beautiful model to build and highly recommended for all skill levels. I actually recommend any Rolife kit. They are all great.
