Not just for gaming

I originally wasn't going to purchase this because it said gaming keyboard , but then read some reviews where people used it as a work keyboard. I really loveD the way it looked. , The keyboards, I've purchased in the past didn't hold up well to constant use. The letters on the keys disappeared. The keys on the TECKNET keyboard seem to be better quality. I love the way the lights flash, and you can adjust how bright you want them. The keyboard itself is a sturdier, no plastic and the keys are set up higher , so it's easier to type. There's no loud clicking sound while typing but a softer sound that's nice to hear. So far , this is the best keyboard that I've purchased.

Well built keyboard

This keyboard looks well built, high quality, good value for money. I like its premium feel and 15-zone RGB illumination with multiple lighting modes. I also recommend it if you are looking for a keyboard with quiet operation and click sounds.

Buttery-Smooth, Satisfying Click, Long Nail Friendly

The smoothest, most buttery keyboard I've owned. I can't even describe the soft, smooth motion of the keys with a very satisfying "bubbly" click. It sounds like soap bubbles, somehow? I can't get enough of this keyboard, I both work on it and game on it and I'm the #1 fan of this thing, not only is it pretty to look at, the colors can change, the metal feels expensive and high-quality, but it's LONG. NAIL. FRIENDLY!!! I often have acrylics on and this keyboard has well-spaced, lifted keys that allow me to type and use it normally even with nails on. No clacking, no awkwardly angling my fingertips. It's so dreamy, if you're considering this one - DO IT.

Definitely a Budget Keyboard - But a Nice Budget Keyboard

Overall, I'm fairly impressed with the TECKNET RGB Gaming Keyboard. It's a lot better than I thought it would be for a budget keyboard. It looks really good and the keys are pretty responsive, though you do have to press a bit more to get them to respond than I'm used to with my old, loud mechanical keyboard. It is pretty quiet, too, which is nice if you need to type with others in the house or late at night. Having said that, there's one thing that's really bugging me about this keyboard. All of the keys are great ... all of them except the spacebar. The spacebar uses two cheap springs, one on either side, to cause the spacebar to 'equally' spring up after a press. This key feels less solid than the other keys and the way this one was put together makes the spacebar the one noisy key on the entire board. It's not bad, but since the other keys are so quiet, the spacebar stands out and after a good bit of typing, I find it's annoying me. The spacebar should be as quiet as all the other keys and it's not. As nice as this budget board is, the spacebar makes me consider sending it back for a refund. Set up is super simple. I'm on a Windows PC and all I had to do was plug in the USB cable to my PC and I was ready to go. You can't get any simpler than that. But you also expect that from keyboards. Customizing the lighting is limited compared to more expensive keyboards where you can download software and control almost every aspect of the RGB lighting. However, the colors you're given and the control you do have via the keyboard is good. In my case, it's good enough. Overall, this is a nice keyboard that, in my opinion, looks better than the asking price, but is definitely a budget board.

Great Keyboard for Gaming and Everyday Use

I was impressed with the quality of this keyboard for the price. It has a sturdy feel thanks to the metal panel design, and the keys are responsive and comfortable whether I'm gaming, working, or typing for long periods. The RGB lighting looks great and adds a nice touch to my desk setup. I also like that there are multiple lighting effects to choose from, making it easy to customize the look without being distracting. Setup was as simple as plugging it in, and it worked immediately with no issues. Overall, it's a solid, reliable keyboard that offers a great balance of style, durability, and performance. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable wired gaming keyboard.
