Slightly misleading product description, but great watch!
I will start with the few negatives I found with this watch. The Amazon description is a little misleading as it claims this a sweeping quartz watch. For the majority of the versions that include a VH31 movement, this is true. HOWEVER the version with the date complication, which I got, uses the Ronda 515 and has a 1hz "ticking" second hand rather than a sweeping one. If you pay close attention to the listing, the product images make the distinction between the movements clear so this misunderstanding could have been avoided with more research on my part. Be better than me and know what youre getting before you order! That being said, there are are some minor issues with the watch unrelated to the product listing. One side effect of the ticking second hand is that I can notice some slight misalignment between the second hand and the markers upon close inspection. Additionally, the manufacturer must have reused some parts because the caseback was engraved with "MOVT VH31" which was also misleading. But other than that, I've been really liking this watch. Absolutely agree with the other positive reviewers when it comes to quality of the finishing and function for the price. Also really like the tasteful 36mm design that fits smaller wrists and puts a modern twist on the vintage military inspiration.
