Not satisfied, quality started showing problems after one month
I received this chair on 18 March, and I am writing this review on 4 May, after a little over one month of use. To be fair, the chair is considered cheap for the amount paid, so my expectations were not very high from the beginning. However, overall, I am not satisfied. The armrests are made of hard plastic with no cushioning, which makes them uncomfortable during long use. The backrest is connected to the arms, which could have been fine if the back was firm and rigid, but it is actually soft and very bendy. Sometimes I feel like the backrest might break or detach from the arms, and I occasionally hear cracking sounds, as if the material is under stress. The backrest is also too flexible. When I fully rest my back against it, and I weigh around 90 kg, it bends backward as if the chair is not locked at 90 degrees. This does not feel supportive. The biggest issue for me is that the chair has started leaning to the right. When I first bought it, it was stable and straight, but after just over one month, the tilt became visible and strongly noticeable while sitting. Interestingly, the leaning disappears when I pull the lever and the chair is no longer locked at 90 degrees. But when sitting normally, it becomes very uncomfortable, especially during extended use. Sometimes I use the chair for up to 7 hours straight, so this is a major problem. The seat cushion itself is okay and somewhat comfortable considering the price. I also had to use a small back cushion because the backrest is mesh and does not provide enough comfort or support for me. Overall, it is a cheap chair, and you should not expect too much from it. It works as a basic chair, but the quality and materials feel cheap. After only a short period of use, I am already thinking about replacing it with a better and more expensive one. Awarded 2 stars for the price only, otherwise it should be 1 star.
