IMPRESSIVE clone of the UF Pro Striker X Gen2/3 Combat pants
These are basically a Chinese clone of the UF Pro Triker X Gen 2/3 Combat pants that retail for $400+ and they are seriously, and I mean seriously impressive. Im kind of new to the whole "tactical hobby:, but one thing I quickly learned is that there's an extremely strong culture of "monetary snobbery", "poor shaming", and an atmosphere of "if you dont spend a boat load of money, then it isn't a quality product"... I literally cannot think of another consumer group/niche that is more primed for being ripped off by marketing and grifters than this one..... like you can literally go to any tactical subreddit and see tons of comments like "If you're looking for a budget option, get a different hobby".... Well, I, like most Americans, am working class and cannot justify spending $400 on UF or Crye precision pants just so I dont feel like a "poor" while LARPing with my buddies no matter how high quality they may be or that they're made in America... people like me need cheaper options.... so, if youre looking at these pants, youre probably in the same boat, you wish you could have the cool Crye precision pants with the knee pads and your options are as follows (from cheapest to most expensive): 1.) Buy used military surplus: the quality is good since they're mil-spec, you can get them for $40 or less, but they're usually faded and since there are a limited number for sizes that have to cover a lot of people, they usually don't fit well. 2.) Buy New Chinese knockoff from online vendor like CQR, usually around $50-$60. While they're affordable and look decent, they're basically always made from fabric that uses polyester instead of Nylon and this is a MAJOR difference. Nylon is vastly superior to polyester for durability and there is literally no situation, in my mind, unless all you care about is LARPing and have absolutely no concern for any "real" situation, you should NEVER get polyester. 3. Buy New, basic, G.I. pants from a company like Propper for $70-$100. They use

All in all, perfect
Hands down the best combat pants ive ever bought, compare to cqr and there is no competition, these are a league of their own. The breathable fabric works phenomenally, size is great, and they are built sturdy. Haven’t used he pads due to bulk. Very comfortable and sturdy, yet breathable due to the breathable zipper features. The waist is quite stretchy, but it’s firm. Pocket are the best feature on these, with zippers being on all except the phone sleeve, which has a securing fabric. Compare these to UF Striker pants and it’s identical, and you don’t sacrifice quality for price. One thing these don’t have are the Velcro straps for knees and around the ankles.(I don’t think most people use them anyway)

Decent pants
Second update: I'm using these in warmer weather, and the 4 vents are pretty nice. I'm liking the protective material. The waistline isn't as bad if I wear the waist a little lower down. Overall there could be some improvements but I like them and have been using them, so I'm going to end up at 4 stars. Updated after use. Cons: OK, so after a few days of wearing, I have found one huge problem: the waistline, specifically on the left and right sides. If you tighten a belt a little bit, or even wear them slightly loose, the left and right waistlines dig into the sides, and causes very noticeable discomfort. The waistline stretch is good, but they need padding to be comfortable. The zipper vents and ankle adjustments are both bad. The ankles are annoying to adjust, so you mainly only want to set them where you want them and not adjust them much after. The zippers get stuck in the vents, so likewise you don't want to actually have to use them much at all. Not as big of a deal as the waistline issue, but potentially needs a new adjusting system. Pros: These are supposed to be knock-off UF striker style pants, my understanding is they have a lot of the same materials. Even if UFs are better, it's really hard to justify $400-600 a pair. Maybe $200-300 if they are amazing. Came with flexible kneepads which might be cheap but they feel good. Did not come with a belt, which is fine since I didn't want one. The material seems pretty good. General comfort is pretty good although I prefer to wear an underlayer like PJ pants underneath. These might not be great for summer pants, although the vents seem good. Size so far is the best part. I've had very good luck with the size and fit on these pants.

Pattern isn’t 1-1 on 100% of the pants
Great quality camo pattern seems to switch on the heavier duty fabric near knees and ankles BUT it’s quite nice keeps colors and seems to be a flectarn print overall it’s great would definitely buy this model in AU again

Awesome pair of pants for ALL on ur list of activities.
Very Best In Its Class. These tac pants are amazing. I wear them for work, play and now I use them as motorcycle riding pants. 100% better than just wearing jeans. Actual riding pants are three times as expensive and the honest truth These pants would hold up better. There just built that way. U outta try for riding. They just feel very secure and feels like ur skin would be spared in case of an accident sliding on asphalt. Never felt any actual riding pants that feel this secure unless they were $700 leather racing pants.
