The Sony WH‑CH720N is impressively lightweight, perfect for long‑term use without any ear pain

The Sony WH‑CH720N is impressively lightweight, perfect for long‑term use without any ear pain. I’ve tried other headphones before, but their heavy weight always caused discomfort — this one never does, which is why I bought it. The sound quality is excellent, especially when tuned through the app: strong bass, clear vocals, and great clarity for editing and all types of music. I definitely recommend it. Just handle it with care because the plastic material can break if not used cautiously.

Great Midrange Headphones for The Price

The Sony WH-CH720N has great cushioning and flexibility, overall comfort is a plus on my end. Noise cancellation is decent, using the XM4's chip but other factors decrease the overall quality for the ANC. ANC over Wired Mode was something I really appreciated. Not the Best in the market for specific things but definitely the most well rounded within this price range. Would Recommend.

Affordable, decent performance

True value, ANC is good for general users, light weight, soft cushion suitable for those who don't want to spend a fortune on headphones but still get a class product

Disappointed

When I opened and held the headphones, they felt different—much lighter than the ones I checked out in the store before purchasing on Amazon. The plastic material seemed cheap in comparison. I wasn't happy with the item. Then we tested the sound. When my husband put them on and played music, I could clearly hear it, even loudly, from outside the headphones. With the store-bought (original) pair, the sound was barely noticeable from the outside. So, we decided to return the Amazon pair and request a refund. That same day, we bought the headphones in-store, and you can definitely tell the difference between the two.

Very good

Very good sound quality. The noise canceling is outstanding, I cannot hear a single outside noise with the music on, on a low volume. Comfortable for the ears as it’s not too tight and light. They stay still on my head when I run or walk fast. One thing that I like is that there is no left/right so you can choose for yourself. It connects easily on different devices and it’s easy to switch between them. The thing that I am not very fond of is that you have to download a free app. The app itself is not very easy (but not hard neither) to setup and you have to create a sony account if you don’t have one. It’s annoying and I wish it would work without it. The last minor inconvenience is the fact that the headphones can’t fold. Only the pads can be turned in and out (only on 1 way though). Overall, they are very good. I wasn’t ready to buy the upper priced ones yet, but I am very happy with these for now. 100% recommended.

Great for the price of you Buy it during discount

Review after 6 months of use Call quality - the call quality is good. It's not like cheap headphones. I have noticed that it picks up all sounds from the background too. When I use microphone of my smartphone for calls, many of the background noises (like running water) are removed by my phone. But when using this it picks up all sounds. The quality of mic is very good tho Touch control- great touch control. I like the buttons and now I have developed muscle memory for every button Bluetooth Connectivity - very good. Connects within 5 seconds of powering up. Most of the times it switches quickly between my laptop and smartphone but sometimes it doesn't and I have to manually do it. But it does the work for most part Colour - i love the white colour but honestly it gets dirty quickly. I clean the earcups one a month. This is the only thing I don't like about these headphones Sound quality - great Sound quality. The sony sound connect app lets you use equliser which is good too. Noise cancellation- I think it is the best you can get at this price. I regularly use it to cancel out noise of my fan and other noises. It reduces noise by about 70-80% I would say. It depends on the noise actually. Distance noise like traffic noise or a distance speaker is totally removed Battery life- Great when not using anc. Reduces to about half when using anc. But still works for about 10 hours in mid volume I would say Comfort- comfortable to wear. Covers my entire ear and I have big ears. Although it gets warm and sweaty in summers. Is perfect for winters tho.
