The material of the solar panel, the light plate and the wire are all good
I want to setup a solar light at my front door, but the front door area gets only 2 – 3 hours of sun in the morning especial in the winter. I like the design of this solar light; the solar panel and the flood light plate are two separate units; they are connected by a 16ft long wire (see the attached picture); it is long enough for me to mount the solar panel to the adjacent side of the front door. This solar light is a dust to dawn, it will be turned on at about sunset by itself until the next morning, then it will turn off itself. If there is also a motion sensor, it would be perfect (I do worry there may not be enough power to light it up for the whole night). It has been so cold in the last few weeks, there is no way I can install this light outside. So, I did the unboxing and all the tests inside my house. The 88 high-quality 5054 large LED beads is very bright, it lights up my whole living room. I placed the solar panel by the window to receive sunshine and connect it to the light plate, it works well too. The material of the solar panel, the light plate and the wire are all good. Based on what I’ve seen, the solar light and the panel are easy and simple to install. As soon as the weather becomes better, I will set them up above my front door, I believe it should take me less than an hour to get it done.
Brilliant piece of kit
Absolutely brilliant light, really lights up my whole shed
