Received CPU with a cutout in the PCB.
I received a CPU with a triangular cutout in the PCB, yes very strange, I was very lucky to see it before installing it on my motherboard, it would have destroyed the whole PC. I dont have the option to upload pictures. I send it back and received a new one, it's working fine and a it's a very good CPU. Thanks
5800X'den, 9950x3D'ye...
Açıkçası 9800x3D bile işimi görür diye düşünüyordum, ama halihazırda bu fiyatta iken kaçırmak istemedim. Oyun ve 3D modelleme yaparken, multi-tasking sırasında düşüşler yaşamamak için tercih ettim. Ki normalde asla en tepe işlemcilere göz dikmem, ama bu seferlik bir istisna yapmış bulundum. Amazon Prime ile 2 gün içinde elime ulaştı. Ha birde, Intel anca AI-core diye saçmalayıp dursun - yürü be AMD!
Very Nice CPU
This CPU is soo nice, pretty pricey but its awesome compared to my old 14600k. If youre only going to game, id recommend a 9800x3d since the extra cores on this one are mainly for multitasking and stuff.. but if you're in the same boat as me and do content creation which involves rendering with the CPU, its really quick. I use after effects along with handbrake and this cpu blazes through the x265 preset on very slow... i use an aio so i cant say if its going to run cool for others, but with my aio its nice and quiet. The power consumption is nice. Installation is easy, and 16 cores is just a really nice upgrade if you want speed.. Oh and it does really well in games... Very WELL IN GAMES.. but like i said, if youre only gaming.. i recommend a 9800x3d because this would be overkill in that case...
Superb Performance
The 9950x3d processor is a beast when comes to gaming. For AI tasks as well it works very well, it was surprising for me that I could run AI workloads without any issues along with rtx 5080 gpu which provides only 16 GB of vram It heats up quickly but Arctic freezer pro III keeps the temps <70 most of the times, even during AI and gaming
La fin des goulots d'étranglement (bottleneck)
Je cherchais un processeur capable de gérer non seulement les jeux les plus récents, mais surtout de faire tourner de la VR de façon fluide. Mon ancienne configuration souffrait d'un goulot d'étranglement (bottleneck) au niveau du CPU, ce qui bridait mes performances globales. Performances et utilisation : Expérience VR fluide : J'utilise ce processeur avec un casque Meta Quest 3 pour du Sim Racing. Jumelé à une Nvidia RTX 5080, le résultat est tout simplement superbe. La fluidité est constante, ce qui est crucial pour l'immersion et pour éviter la cinétose (mal des transports) en VR. Puissance brute : Au-delà du jeu, il excelle dans les tâches 3D. On ressent vraiment la puissance de l'architecture "Zen 5" et du 3D V-Cache de 2e génération. Gestion thermique : Contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait craindre pour un processeur aussi puissant, je n'ai aucun souci de surchauffe. Conseil technique : Il est primordial de ne pas négliger le refroidissement. J'ai opté pour le Noctua NH-D15 G2 et c'est un "match" parfait. Les températures restent stables même durant les séances de jeu prolongées. Ce processeur a propulsé mon setup à un niveau supérieur. Si vous jouez en haute résolution ou en VR et que vous faites de la création de contenu, c'est l'investissement ultime pour ne plus avoir à se soucier des performances pendant des années.
Beast of a ting
It's a beast of a chip, I had upgraded from a 9800x3d (admittedly an already excellent chip, and I certainly did not need the upgrade, but you only live once) and this thing undervolts a lot better than the 9800x3d and is basically a chart topper in everything you throw at it. In my case with an Artic liquid freezer 3 pro and Fractal design north XL case, the thermals are actually excellent if anything a little better (though admittedly that's with an undervolt, and it still gets a little toasty at the top end but within safe limits, around 85c) but considering it's a 16 core 32 thread beast with 3d v cache I can live with that. This chip will certainly age gracefully, and is worth it over the 9950x3d2 even (that chip is not worth the premium) if you're on the fence, I say go for it.
