I love her… I wish ive gotten her sooner… As someone with a cat, litter is ALWAYS everywhere no matter what. Anyways, after getting her, floors are CLEAN !!!

Poor quality
I am very disappointed with this product. The quality is poor, the cleaning performance is unsatisfactory, and whenever it moves onto carpets, it gets stuck and stops working.

Doesn't worth it.
This robot vacuum is not durable at all. It lost its suction power and functionality after just a few months of use, and one of the wheels mysteriously broke. Now it doesn't clean well at all, leaving dirt and debris all over both the carpets and the hard floors. I regularly check and clean the brushes and filters to ensure nothing is stuck, so this is definitely a hardware failure and not a lack of maintenance on my part. Very disappointed.
Not working for me
Less intelligent than ultenic. I had a Ultenic for almost 3 years which works perfect. The cleaning by Q7 is not perfect. Lot of dust and residues left after the cleaning. Keep on getting stuck under sofas and things and always require manual assistance to recover. If it get stuck it will try to go further inside to get more stuck than trying to come out. With these it’s impossible to auto schedule as it definitely get stuck somewhere. May be can work on homes where there are less furniture .
Stoped working
I bought it in August 2025 and the lock for the bust bin and water tank broke in April 2026 also it stoped returning to dock and stopped cleaning I don’t know where to get it fixed
Won’t connect to the app on phone.
DONT BUY. WASTE OF TIME. Waiting for the item to be picked up for return. It won’t bind to the app on the phone. Saw that other people on the internet has similar issues with Roborock Q7 FT+ and has to return it back. Did not had a chance to use it. Pick up date for return is 1 month away due to war.

Aspira super bien y la app es muy intuitiva. Nos ha gustado tanto que le hemos regalado una a mis padres por navidad.
Rien de tel qu’un Roborock
J’ai toujours eu l’habitude d’avoir un robot , et mon dernier était un Roborock. Tombé en panne j’ai voulu essayer d’autres marques. J’en ai essayé 4 , mais je les ai tous renvoyé. J’ai finalement repris ce Roborock. Il est puissant en aspiration, un très bon réservoir eau et poussière. L’appli carte est juste parfaite. Je suis vraiment satisfaite
Excelente producto, bien diseñado y de calidad
Recibido en perfectas condiciones. Buen diseño y calidad de los materiales. Funcionando perfectamente el poco tiempo que lo tengo. Funciones coincidentes con lo que se describe en la información del producto. La App es fácilmente configurable, múltiples opciones, funciona correctamente y proporciona una excelente información. Configurado también en Alexa aún no he efectuado pruebas de funcionamiento a través de ella.
