Good laptop and seller
Good laptop and after sell service I recommend buy from this this seller
Not reliable — serious system failure after only 3 weeks
I bought this refurbished HP EliteBook and it worked fine for the first 2–3 weeks. Then the laptop suddenly started crashing and went into repeated blue-screen and Automatic Repair problems. I tried several recovery and repair options, but Windows could not be repaired or reset. The HP hardware diagnostic showed that the SSD was passing its test, but the laptop was still unusable. I eventually requested a return. Unfortunately, my first customer service experience was very disappointing. The representative, Malak, was not cooperative, refused to process the return, and ended the chat before I could even finish explaining the problem. I then had to contact another representative by phone and explain the whole situation again. To be fair, the second representative was very helpful. After listening to the problem, he understood the situation and helped me process the return. I'm leaving this review to make other buyers aware of my experience. A refurbished laptop becoming unusable after only a few weeks is concerning, and I personally would not consider this device reliable.

El producto estaba dañado en la pantalla y en la carcasa, lo tuve que regresar.
Fast laptop with HDMI output, great for desktop and streaming
For the money this is great. I am a software developer and use it every day, as well for streaming. Plenty fast for desktop work and online movies - games, not sure.
