Useful and Convinient
SO USEFUL FOR MY GAMING SETUP
Actually a FANTASTIC glass pad!
When I saw this and people saying it was good, I thought "yea, right". I love Razer mice, but really didn't expect them to make such a fantastic feeling glass pad too! The surface feeling strikes a perfect balance of textured and smooth. Comparing to something more known like Wallhack (formerly Skypad), I think Wallhack pads are a bit too fast with too little static friction. Meaning I feel like I'm engaging my wrist too much to keep my mouse still, whereas this glides as smoothly while moving, but has that really good stopping power when you want to be still without feeling "sticky" when trying to make tiny movements. It is a reeeeeally good pad. The only other pad that I've tried that feels very similar is Arbiter's new Full Metal Alchemist line where they added more texture to the latest iteration. I would recommend switching to glass pads since they will pretty much last forever and feel the same the entire time, unlike cloth that starts to inevitably get muddy feeling as dirt and sweat start getting ground into the fibers. Personally, I am using the Arbiter glass pad ONLY because I really like the art, but I would absolutely recommend the Atlas Pro to anyone wanting one of the best glass pad available.

Worth the extra cost
This is my third hard mousepad and by far the best. I've had a plastic pad that was decent but too flexible to stay put. I had a budget glass pad from a no name brand here on Amazon that I enjoyed, but had its quirks. It constantly felt dirty where the skates would grind no matter which ones I used. It felt as though I needed to use the arm guards and gloves from Pulsar which was annoying. I was hesitant to buy this one after the issues I had before. But it was so worth it. A lot of people are worried about the coating on this one, but after several months of use, I have no issues or concerns with it. The smoothness is significantly better than either of the other hard pads I've used. I don't need the sleeves or anything like that, and my hand still doesn't stick to the surface. Also, I don't have the issues with my mouse skates grinding, and I don't need to use aftermarket skates all the time. I can use the stock ptfe skates on mice with no issues, and I think a large factor for all of those benefits is the coating on this pad. I finally understand why some glass pads cost more than the budget ones I've bought before. Overall, if you're on the fence like I was, I'd strongly recommend pulling the trigger and getting this one. It's worth it, and if you disagree, Amazon has a better return policy than most.
Smooth and clean
Love this mouse pad. It's massive and feels really smooth. My mouse glides across it while I still feel like I have a lot of control.
