defective
I purchased the DENZEL GT-2200iS Inverter Generator, but unfortunately, it was defective from the very first day and did not work at all. I tried multiple times to contact customer support, the warehouse, and the Amazon help center. I was told someone would call me, but it has been almost one month and no one has responded. This is a high-value item, not something cheap, so I expected better quality and after-sales service. I am very disappointed that a brand new product turned out to be faulty, and there has been no proper support or resolution. I am still hoping for a solution, at least a replacement or proper assistance.
