Great Product but am returning

I LOVE Ninja and I am sure this one would be awesome BUT, I am returning it. Got it all out of the box, read the instructions and the ONLY thing I could see it would do better than my wonderful Ninja blende /chopper/ etc & BUT IT DOES do crinkle cuts so I will just have live without it--it has many pieces to keep track of and store. My real challenge six putting everything back in the box! Aghhhh...I would recommend even without using it if you cook & prep often you really cannot be disappointed in the quality of the Ninja brand..n pow back to packing!

This is the tool you need in your kitchen! It's a delight to use!!

If I could give six stars I would! This little workhorse is exceptional. I wanted a machine that could slice and shred but was not interested in a mandolin-type. Well, I found the right kitchen tool. The PREPi is easy to use, much safer than a mandolin. It slices so quickly. It's small enough for any kitchen, yet powerful enough for pretty much any task. Using the PREPi, I made a huge pot of mushroom cream soup, slicing the mushrooms in nanoseconds, chopping onions in even less time; from fridge to soup was less than 30 minutes using this delightful tool. Normally, it would have taken me at least that long to thinly slice the mushrooms and chop up the onions! Seriously, consider adding this Ninja PREPi to your kitchen tools. You will not regret it!

One of the best food prep systems I've every used or owned. It now gets almost daily use. LOVE IT

Ninja must have invested heavily in creative engineers. The level of innovation and functionality just seems to be getting better and better. There are a few reasons I stopped using my beautiful Breville. . . expensive and heavy food processor which does nearly everything you can imagine. It's heavy. It has a large footprint. There are many pieces to clean and disassemble and storing it takes a lot of energy. Enter the Ninja PREPi. Ninja has essentially taken all of those complaints and said, no problem. It comes with two discs and a chopper. . . my language of course. One disc will shred and slice. The other will give you crinkly fries. The "chopper" is just the blade that sits in the bottom to cut up things like onions or turn your veggies, tomatoes, for example into a sauce. I'd probably do just fine with th included discs, but if you need more, you can pick up an expansion kit. Since this is what I primarily would want it for, I'm perfectly content. I'm a simple gal. This is where I feel it really shines. The motor is relatively small with a type of suitcase handle. It fits right into the lid and locks in place. The lid then lowers down onto the bowl, landing on the rotating spindle holding the reversible discs. Essentially, the discs are controlled from the top, not the bottom like traditional blenders or food processors. This design makes it especially easy to store and clean. The huge added bonus is that the two included containers double as storage bowls. So essentially, cut, shred or whatever. . . take the top part with the motor off, and replace that with the lids for storage! I also really really like that the bowls are more rounded on the inside than traditional foos processor containers. As you might guess, there is also an Ai mode on the Pulse. This was especially interesting to me because of how effective it was. Instead of turning it on and applying pressure, I was able to set my cucumber in the shoot and watch it turn, stop, turn again and stop. It

Prep, Store, and Serve Without Dirtying Another Container

A lot of food processors are very good at the actual chopping part and then immediately hand the rest of the work back to me. I still have to find another container, transfer everything over, wash the processor bowl, and somehow end up with half the counter covered in prep dishes. The Ninja PREPi feels like it was designed around that whole process rather than just the few seconds when the blade is spinning. The two included bowls are a big part of why it works so well. The 5-cup bowl is a good size for smaller amounts of vegetables, sauces, dips, or individual meal prep, while the 7-cup bowl gives me enough room when I am making something for several people. Once I am finished, I can remove the blade, snap on the included storage lid, and put the same bowl directly into the refrigerator instead of dirtying another container. The actual processing options cover most of what I regularly need. The chopping blade handles both chopping and pureeing, while the reversible disc slices on one side and shreds on the other. Flipping one disc rather than storing separate attachments for both functions is a simple idea, but it helps keep the accessory pile under control. I particularly like having the dedicated crinkle-cut option. It is obviously less essential than chopping or slicing, but it makes quick work of potatoes and vegetables when I want those thicker ridged cuts for fries, chips, or sides. Doing the same thing consistently by hand takes considerably longer, and the PREPi turns it into something I am much more likely to bother with. The 500W motor has plenty of power for the everyday prep work this is designed around. Vegetables chop quickly, shredding cheese is much less tedious than using a box grater, and purees come together without needing a large full-size food processor taking up half the counter. The three-part feed chute also makes it easier to keep different-sized ingredients positioned properly while slicing or shredding. What I appreciate most is that the

The Ninja Prepi does it all!! Easy to use & worth the money!

This machine is amazing! It has taken my prep time in the kitchen down 90%! I have cleaned out all of my other cutting/chopping/grating tools that I used before because this machine does it all! I wanted this machine to shred my own cheeses so I dont have to buy the bagged cheese anymore... it is fantastic!
