The power cable is missing in the box.
I've seen many unboxing reviews of JBL 308p mkii in which box contains the JBL original power cable for the monitor. But in this order, the power cable is missing. Now how would I check the monitor functionality without power cable? Very bad experience here.
Seller Cheated | Used piece and not properly working Unit
I feel cheated, I ordered a pair of JBL 308P (which came from Mumbai) and upon unboxing it turned out they were used piece and one of the speaker's JBL badge/logo did'nt light up when powered on. I Paid the full price of 33k, no discount, then why send a used & broken product ? This is for my studios, with my hard earned money. Why is the seller taking such stingy tactics for a few bucks ? The JBLs sound great but knowing one of the speaker not lighting up makes me think it was opened and fiddled with. I request customers not to get their products from (seller : Audio-Video Garage House 2023). I would request amazon to investigate the seller as he has a very bad backlog of distributing bad products to customers. I am very disappointed, I need a proper replacement unit, else will take it to consumer ourt
