Tons of trouble - Very disappointing - A big mistake
TONES OF PROBLEMS - PROCESSOR & MEMORY QUALITY 1- PROCESSOR is ARM (not Intel) which makes not compatible with a lot of custom or old apps. I would rate it 3 / 5 2- Available PHYSICAL MEMORY mostly stays at around 6 GB or below out 16 GB with NO programs installed or running at the time, absolutely NONE. I'd rate it 0 / 5 3- This is an edition 1 which means (according to online research) it is a version that was released without enough reliability rather to collect data and test it on the market in real life. Which means you are basically paying to be test lab for microsoft and bare all consequences yourself. Very disappointing - a big mistake
Expection
Not as i was expecting, i expect something with high end features
Very poor support
Please think 10 times before buying this product. My facial scan and touch screen stopped working within warranty period. Upon connecting with product support getting very poor response, struggling to get my laptop fixed.
CPU Not Functioning, Do Not Recommend Buying
I was really looking forward to the Surface Pro 12, but my excitement was short-lived. The device arrived in what looked like new, sealed packaging, but it is completely non-functional. It seems the CPU is damaged, as the device fails to boot up or respond in any way. For a premium-priced item, receiving a defective unit is a major letdown. This experience has made me regret this purchase, and I would advise other buyers to be cautious when purchasing this item from this seller. I am now forced to go through the hassle of a return. I hope the refund or replacement process is smoother than this initial transaction.
Great
The size is perfect
Only Tab and charging cable included
The product is good but description is not clear enough. Photos can mislead you to bilieve THAT it has a key board and a slim pen. There is no keyboard or slim pen. You have to buy it for another 1000 SAR separately.
Perfect
The tablet arrived sealed. Same as described.
Great but Price has increased
