Right choice
Great tent! 3 people can definitely sleep comfortably in it, good material. The only downside is the zipper, where you need to be a bit more careful when using it, especially if the tent is fully stretched with all the chords anchored.
Lost lands 2026 survivor
Loved the black out, stayed cool in the mornings Not exactly a 4 person tent imo two twin air mattresses would fit but no room after that so it fits 2 people comfortably. Also survived lost lands 2026 with no leaks. As the other reviews say, the zipper is a PAIN but if you're careful it works.

4 stars because the bag ripped while looking at the instructions at first use. It's sewn into a seam inside the bag and when we removed everything, turned the bag inside out to read the instructions the whole thing broke away. Tent itself is study with plenty of room. Having the option to adjust the black out cover is amazing. Funky open its a great sunshade, plenty of coverage and ventilation. With the blackout cover completely closed it is dark! I appreciated that as where my tent was set up there was a bright overhead light. I definitely needed a flashlight while closed up inside. It gets very warm also so I vented a small corner and used a small fan. Inside I had an inflatable love seat that flipped out into an air mattress which fit perfectly and closed easily. Two people can fit on the love seat, a queen air mattress alone would fit and 4 people with sleeping bags culd fit but it'd be snug. There was still room for all of my other necessities with my little sofa inside. I could also have easily broken down my camping chair and slid it along the side or the back. We set up in the rain, no leaves top or bottom, and set up was actually really simple after panicking about ripping the bag. Three poles all together X across the top with erector clips, and one for the front shade. Once the poles are removed the top collapses and it's a huge square ready to be folded and returned to storage. The black out shade was held on place on the bottoms of the corner poles. Fit easily and easily adjustable for shade or ventilation. The poles and stakes have their own storage bages which makes keeping everything together really nice. The storage bag isn't made from the same material as the tent. Very flimsy. I've asked the seller if there is a replacement. Overall I really enjoyed this tent. Nothing to compare it to as this is my first one but I can tell It will come in handy. Great for the price and I have recommended.
Terrible tent!
I originally thought this was a great idea, what I didn't think about was this. The blackout tent is DARK, that's what I thought was going to be great. Wrong, at least for me. It is dark during the day, but you can see.....ish. At night is a very different story. You cannot see anything. Even finding the flashlight was a chore. I didn't realize how much light there actually is at night if you need to get up to use the restroom, good luck finding the zipper!! Also, the zipper is JUNK!!! That review is very truthful, more on that later. Now in reality it is at most a 2-person tent. If you need to have gear inside out of the weather and sleep, there is no way you are going to get four people in it. Having it dark to try to sleep in may work if you are by yourself in the back country, but I don't think that would really work either. I was with a group and honestly, we are all early risers. Just because its dark doesn't mean that it cuts out noise. Mornings are pretty loud. If you're in a campground, people get up and talk and will walk by. If you're in a group, other members will get up and start their day. If you're in the back country, birds and other wildlife will be starting their day. If you're on the lake/river, fishing boats will be flying around to get to their spot. Like I said, just because its dark doesn't mean it isn't noisy. Anyway, to save on the zipper I ended up removing the clips from the pole nearest to the opening/door. If I wouldn't have done this, I am sure that the zipper would have failed before the weekend was over. However, this opened up its own set of problems. Due to taking support away from the pole, it bent the metal connector and split one of the fiberglass portions of the poles. I do believe I can bend it back and tape up the pole, but I am thinking this is going to go in the garbage. The metal connector that bent was one that has a 45-degree bend in it, it is now more than 90. The reason it bent was because a small storm came through wit
The awning will only cover the door itself not the entire front of the tent like it appears
Despite being setup correctly this are of the tent diverted a ton of rain water directly onto our shoes so beware, the awning over the door only cover the door itself, anything outside of that is getting wet. We had to spend the next 2 days in sandals cuz of this. Set up was easy enough and it stayed dark inside. The lay out is a bit odd, the side pockets to hang things are opposite of where the electric pocket comes in, making it so if you want things in reach while like your charging phone, you’re going have to trip over wires. Also would be nice if they had a slot to hang lights and run a wire light up the side of the tent, I had a hanging lights/fan and the string was dangling in the middle and kept getting tripped on. It’s good for 2 people and their things . 3 people is pushing it. 4 is max but you’re not fitting any personal item in the tent and sleeping shoulder to shoulder. I did put 2 layers of scotch guard on it before the trip like I would with any tent and it kept us dry. Overall it’s not bad, got the job done. You get what you pay for
Great tent, kept us dry
It rained both nights and it kept us dry, got a few drips when it was heavier rain. Easy to set up for the first time on my own, comfy for two and a full size air mattress, but not much room to move around. The screened 3 sides definitely made for a very cold night at 35°, but 40° wasn’t too bad. Zipper got stuck but over all very happy with it. Could not get tent back into the bag!
