Worst experience long way mixer grinder very bad quality. Waste of money and time
⭐ 0/5 I’m very disappointed with my experience with this Longway mixer grinder. The product is advertised with a 2-year warranty, but when I faced an issue, I did not receive an adequate response from the company’s service/support team. Within approximately one month of purchase, the mixer grinder motor stopped working properly. In addition, the mixer jars supplied with the product developed damage/broke during normal use, and I was not satisfied with their build quality. I tried contacting the Longway support/service team several times, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. I also raised the issue with Amazon, but unfortunately, my concern was not resolved satisfactorily. Overall, this experience resulted in loss of time, money, and considerable inconvenience. The product did not meet my expectations regarding durability, quality, and after-sales support. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that buyers carefully consider the product quality, warranty terms, and availability of after-sales service before purchasing.

Worst product and worst costumer support mixer stopped working in 2 months and no replacement has been done after even the charges for replacement I made worst experience to purchase this
Bad Product, even worse service
Buying anything from Longway is an absolute waste of money. Bought it because of an urgent need and only this was available on Amazon Now, the motor has stopped working suddenly, it was not used for a few days. Their service is even worse, they don't pick up your ticket for 4-5 days. Even after submitting all the details that were available, no support was provided from them. Already threw this in the garbage.
