Great
The product is perfect, save me being worried especially in summer in this part of the region (Middle east summer time) However only one problem, it is expensive if am going to buy one for each unit. However, the installation was easy and i like the product.
Very Nice Solution
Very nice solution. I like it very much. Easy to use and configure. I recommend it for all. I use it with Mitsubishi AC and works fine.

Love this product! I love having control of the ac from anywhere - especially if my kid forgets to turn it off I can and the scheduling function is the best.

Easy setup and use
I can’t fault it. Easy to set up and use. Of course there are some in App purchases but they are not necessary to enjoy effortless control of your A/C. Just a note to advise that the unit only works on units which have an infrared remote control.

Great but cheaper alternative available
I've had it for almost 3 years, and it's has its pros and cons compared to a cheaper alternative I've purchased last year. (Reason I'm writing this coz I wanted to purchase another one, but unfortunately it's cons over weighted pros) to me. PROS 👇🏽 1. Gives you current room temperature and humidity even if the ac is in off mode. (Something that you won't get in the cheaper alternatives) this comes in handy alot. 2. Faster access to ON/OFF other than the cheaper competitors. Cons 👇🏽 1. Super expensive compared to others . 2. They've got this yearly subscription for scheduling the ac ON/OFF and other functions which you get for free in other cheaper alternatives brands.
Simple and effective
So I've had this for about 3 years using it with a window air conditioner can't tell you the brand off that my head it works quite well occasionally the IR broadcast doesn't make it to the air conditioner but that's very few and far between and tends to be when adjusting the volume up or down so it might be off by a degree on occasion it's easy to fix just switch it back to Fan adjust up or down so that the app matches the device and then continue using schedules work great climate react Works quite well I have the issue where my window air conditioner will let it get quite hot in my room if it's cooler outside but I'm allergic to cut grass so sometimes I still need the air conditioner on even when it's nice out so the climate react can help prevent it from getting overly hot in the room when it's set to auto on the air conditioner which is a lifesaver sometimes on top of that if you do pay for the subscription there are a lot of very interesting and potentially useful add-ons I personally I don't use it but I have in the past and since I used it and they have added a lot more capability however I'm not sure how many of them would actually function with my air conditioner which is pretty old it's 10 years old or so but basically as long as it has an infrared receiver this device will work with any air conditioner maybe even heating unit. It'll also keep track of how long the device has been on and when the built-in filter to your air conditioner should be checked which is quite nice to just get a notification on the phone because when my air conditioner it's a little orange light that unless you're standing right in front of it you're not going to notice at least I don't. One last thing I don't have a Lexus I can't State how well it works with that however Google Assistant Works quite well the only issue I have is that you can only set it with Google Assistant to heat cool and fan you can't set it to the auto setting and I don't know if that's the restriction from m
If I Could Give 6 Stars, I Would — Great Product + Amazing Service
The first impressions were good. The product is small, discreet, and nice-looking. Setting it up was extremely easy — I just followed the instructions. Simple, with no obstacles at all. And before continuing, I want to say that I have rarely seen customer service as good and precise as Sensibo’s. During the first use, I noticed that Sensibo would turn on the light display of my AC and change the temperature from °C to °F. The light display on my unit (a Windair heat pump) is very bright and makes the area where it’s installed quite illuminated, so I usually keep it turned off. I only turn it on occasionally to check the mode and temperature, and then I turn it off again, so this is important to me. The second point is that Sensibo kept switching the display from °C to °F, even after I set the app to Celsius. Every time I used Sensibo (whether the AC was on or off) the temperature unit would change. Any interaction between Sensibo and the AC would cause this switch. When I opened the customer support chat on Sensibo’s website, I explained both problems and sent a photo of my AC’s label, then waited in the queue for assistance. I eventually had to leave and closed the chat window, thinking, “I’ll deal with this another day.” To my surprise, later that same day I received an email saying the issue with the temperature unit had been fixed. And it actually worked! A few days later (after I had forgotten it) I received another email saying that the display issue had also been fixed. When I went to test it, I noticed that the app had been updated. There was now an option to turn the display light on and off. Both problems were solved, and I didn’t even have to speak with anyone directly. Normally, I use live chat because talking to a person is faster, but in this case, I closed the chat thinking nothing would happen (as it usually does with other companies). Great substitute for terrible OEM app
My heat pump has an internet app, but it is unusable, unreliable and kills the battery life on my phone. The Sensibo Air solved all these problems immediately. Setup was easy enough, (though I did have to reset the air and start again) but the app talks you though step by step and it learned my remote first time. Once working it is a dream. I can control the A/C with the app, but better, I have fine control with Google Home and OpenHab. Because Sensibo is dedicated to A/C control everything works really really well. It is instantly responsive to app and voice command. I am super happy. The price seems quite high for the unit, but the idea and execution is worth it to me.

instalation wasnt as easy but contacted costumer support and they fixed the issue in minutes they were great. product integration with alexa is great and their app is great. tood bad they charge you for extra fitures in their app.
