First time robot vacuum owner

Very impressive! I’ve never owned a robot vacuum because all our rooms have a heft step, but bought this as our new house doesn’t have these awkward steps. I’ve set it up in the old house just to top off dog hair while we move boxes to the new house and even after using a Henry Hoover it is still picking up dog hair etc. Yet to use the mop and I know it’s had mixed reviews but I wanted this purely for keeping on top of dog hair and so forth, and what a job it’s doing! Incredibly easy to use the app which has more than enough features, and it’s super satisfying seeing its path on the map it built. Room smells cleaner as it’s going around and it does very well getting other thick rugs and X shaped chair leg bases. For the price I really cannot complain, I’d definitely get another one from RobotRock, maybe even one of their mowers as that’s a task I’d rather avoid after a hard days graft!

Worth it

I don’t usually write reviews on Amazon. But this is for the people on the fence like me before I purchased it. It took me a week to pluck up the courage to buy it. I was researching it every day to make sure I was making the right decision. Long story short: it’s worth it, but for my needs a “lift mop feature” would be make it even better. Meet Floorence Pugh. I purchased her 2 days ago. Mapped pretty well, vacuumed under furniture well. And tries to get into every corner. VERY strong, the dust pick up was amazing. Mops very nicely- just need a suitable cleaner to put inside that’s stronger than water. App isn’t too hard to use. I don’t know how long this will keep running. I had no wifi issues which was one of my concerns. Only downside is that 1. our hallway from living room to kitchen is carpet so when the mop is attached, Floorence will mop the carpet path to the kitchen. (But it’s not that horrendously wet just might make the carpet stinky overtime if u keep making it wet). Bare this in mind when purchasing and weigh how much u think it will be worth it. 2. Mapping no go zones near docking station is fidgety. I have a lamp base that it tries to trail up onto but it’s the only place I can put the lamp because it’s near a plug socket. 3. Battery does run out pretty fast on the first run but it managed to run the whole of my downstairs rooms on 80% but that will depend on how big your floors are and what strength of suction you use etc. But don’t those things stop you: it’s totally worth it in my opinion. ESPECIALLY if you have a good location for the docking station. That way-all the no go zones etc will line up.If it stops functioning in the next few months I’ll come back to edit my review! This is your sign to just go for it. It’s already made my life easier.

Perfect !

Love it! I’ve hesitated buying a robot vacuum previously and took the plunge on prime day when this item was on sale. I don’t regret my decision easy to set up and use on daily basis via the app and gives a good general all round vacuum. The water tank capacity is low but it has sufficient to mop our kitchen floor perfect for a bungalow no stairs!

GC only!

It’s a decent vacuum but using these it’s too much faff in old houses with uneven floors

It’s my first vacuum robot so don’t have comparison to anything worse or better. I’m quite happy with it - easy to set up, does very good job to vacuum especially cats hair from hard floors. I used mopping function few times and it was quite decent to freshen up the floor (will not replace deep mopping manually). From drawbacks: it only allows to save 3 maps - which is not sufficient for old Victorian house that has 2-3 different levels on the same floor between rooms/corridor etc. so I use it only in kitchen dining area and living room. Anything else would have to be mapped each time before use and it’s too much faff. If not used frequently takes a long time to update the software, settings etc. My cat isn’t a great fan of it and doesn’t like to ride it 😉 Overall - it seems like a decent vacuum, easy to setup, but it takes time to set it up so we’re not using it very often since it’s faster to just use hand held vacuum ad hoc or sweep the floor if we have few minutes.

Great Robot Vac - surprised how good it is - buy one !

Wasn’t expecting very much from his robot vac at this price point of £129. Honestly thought I’d probably be sending it back . I was really surprised how easy it was to set up. It maps the rooms automatically and gets over and around everything . It’s not perfect but it keeps the floors pretty tidy and it’s a cool gadget . Once finished it finds its way home and recharges . I’ve only had it a couple of days so let’s see how long it lasts but gotta say I’m really happy with it - go buy one ! 👍
