Amazing performance
Amazing oven. It gives great results even better than restaurants when you get familiar with the settings. High quality and worth the price. - It holds tempreture very well specially between the pizzas. It feels like you're using a restaurant oven. The stone holds the heat very well. You can bake several pizzas safely without affecting performance and without having to wait long tome for preheating again. - Very forgiving and easy to use. The settings are simple and bigenner friendly. Big margin for errors. - This is big: You don't have to turn your pizza during baking. The heat is well distributed, unless you want a maximun result. - I'm NY style pizza fan so I used it so far for this type. It gives a very good crust and perfect browning, just make sure to follow the recipe and the right flour(bread flour) - For neopolitan pizza: very great results with restaurant quality. Amazing leopard spots, airy and crunchy at the same time. The boost temp option is greatly effective. If you don't get good results, don't blame the oven, just practice well because neopolitan is less forgiving than NY pizza. Minor drawbacks: -The stone doesn't slide outside, you have to remove it manually. So you need the oven to cool down before you clean, plus you can't remove the burnt flour(if any) from the stone between each bake because it does not slide outside. -It is heavy to move and noisy when cooling down
