12-in-1 not 14-in-1
I haven't used the item yet but just to warn everyone that this is the 12 in 1 model and not the 14 in 1 model as described in the title. Still a good price though.
Great for people who hate cooking
I moved to a house with a smaller kitchen and had to look for an appliance that does everything. Thanks to this, I got rid of my oven, steamer, and air fryer because it does everything. I am the exact target market: someone who wants real food with the least possible effort with zero learning curve. This thing understands that. You press a button, it handles the rest, and you’re left wondering why you owned five other appliances pretending you cooked. It’s easy, it looks good, and it quietly exposes how little effort I was ever willing to put into cooking. If you see yourself in this review, congratulations, you’re also the target market.
Don't Do It
7 months after purchase and it's 1000 AED down the drain. It fused and despite fixing the fuse, it never worked again. SUPERBLY DISAPPOINTED. We ended up purchasing Nutricook 🤷🏻♀️
Good quality but not big enough
First of all the product quality is amazing. But for us it was not big enough (2 people). I don’t know how to cook for 6-8 people with it. We now bought an other air fryer which works for us way better
Very disappointed.
Advertised in Amazon site is 14-in-1 functions, but I received is 12-In-1. No response from NINJA customer service even after my remainder mail. Very disappointed. I will never buy any NINJA product.
Good product and quality materials but unfortunately the programing / software full of bugs
Good product and quality materials but unfortunately the programing / software full of bugs. It functions flawless in air fry mode but the combi function (combi-crisp) doesn't work. I tried the Ninja trouble shooting which suggested to switch off and unplug the power for 5-10 mins and the error will be gone. It did solve the error but it was temporary, the error is reoccurs whenever i try to use the combi-crisp mode. 5 star product but 3 stars deducted because of the error. Ill file a warranty claim for a refund or replacement.
Faulty item, safety hazard.
I think i received a faulty item. I followed all instructions, and then the item overheated and a loud boom sound came from the combi machine, and loads of smoke came out. I dont want to attempt to start it again as it is a safety hazard.
Highly recommend
If you dont have time to cook and just want something easy without worrying about mixing constantly, get this! But you'd have to get used to it, but they provide a pamphlet explaining the directions of use.
Perfect
Perfect cooker better than ordinary airfryer, Rapid cooking duration compared to ordinary ovens and airfryers
Excellent product
The perfect all in one appliance, you can cook, bake, roast, air fry etc all. A must have appliance for a foodie
