This is an awful faulty product. I plugged it into the socket and it did not work. It is faulty and I have been told I can't return

I had the worst experience, buying this product. It caused an explosion in my kitchen and Amazon and the seller are refusing to replace it.

Love this thing!
I absolutely love this Ninja air fryer. It is incredibly versatile, easy to use, and everything I’ve made in it has come out great. I’ve used it for potatoes, chicken, reheating food, and more, and I’m honestly impressed every time. The controls are simple, having two separate baskets is extremely convenient, and cleanup is much easier than cooking everything in the oven or on the stove. The food cooks quickly and evenly, and the results are fantastic. I just made drumsticks in it and they were some of the juiciest, most flavorful drumsticks I’ve ever had, with perfectly cooked skin on the outside. This has quickly become one of my favorite appliances in the kitchen. If you want something that is easy, fast, versatile, and actually makes food taste great, I highly recommend it. 5 stars!

Great upgrade from my old air fryer
I’ve been using this Ninja Foodi to replace my old air fryer, and I’ve been really happy with the upgrade. I use it almost every day, especially for reheating food, and it has made that part of my routine a lot easier. The 10-quart size is great because there’s plenty of room, and having the two separate baskets is really convenient when I want to cook or heat up different things at the same time. It also has a lot more functions than just air frying, which makes it much more versatile than my old air fryer. I’m still finding different uses for it, but it has definitely become one of the appliances I use the most. For reheating food, it does a really good job and is much quicker than using the oven. Food comes out hot and crispy rather than soggy, which is exactly what I want from an air fryer. The fact that it heats up and gets the job done quickly is probably one of the biggest reasons I use it so often. I also really like the built-in thermometer. It’s a useful feature when cooking meat because I can check the internal temperature without having to use a separate thermometer or guess whether something is done. Overall, this has been a really good replacement for my old air fryer. It’s versatile, convenient, heats and cooks quickly, and the dual baskets and built-in thermometer are both great features. Since I’m using it almost daily, I’d definitely say it was worth the upgrade. Very happy with it and easily 5 stars from me.
Produto é robusto mas o acabamento deixa a desejar
Produto bem robusto! Mas o que me chama a atenção é o fato dele ser relativamente caro em comparação aos que tem no mercado e o acabamento externo já ficou opaco na primeira lavagem! Deixo claro que segui todas as recomendações do fabricante, o que era para ser uma peça bonita na cozinha tem que ser escondida pois a aparência é de ter usado ela a mais de dois anos! Uma frustração
