Durable frying pan
I bought this because I got tired of throwing away Teflon frying pans. It's good for searing meats and it cooks evenly when heating up. The frying pan can handle up to 600° . The frying pan has some weight to it but it's not super heavy like a iron skillet. It cleans easily when pouring cold water to deglaze it and if there's any thing burnt on it cleans off easy with a Brillo pad. It comes with a glass lid and it's good for sauteing vegetables or anything that you can keep warm. I like the lid so I can melt cheese when I make cheeseburgers. The frying pan I have is silver and it matches my pot set by the same brand. The handle is long enough and it won't burn your hands. The assembly is very easy it comes with two bolts and a small wrench. Just assemble the handle to the frying pan and put the two bolts on and hand tighten the bolts not too hard. I would season the pan before using.
