Great mapping, vacuuming and mopping. Flagship features at a bargain.
Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it

Don’t even think or consider buying it
I bought this Eufy robot thinking it would make life easier, but it completely failed after just two months with a hardware problem. When I contacted customer support for warranty, the nightmare started. It took a whole month of back-and-forth emails before they even arranged for a courier to collect the product, and I still haven’t heard back since then. On top of that, they say in their terms that if the product gets damaged during shipping (with their own courier), I lose the warranty! This is completely unacceptable. The device is unreliable, and the customer service is frustratingly slow and unhelpful. I regret buying it and strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

Vacuums and mops well, app is good and nice smart features.
Good machine, doing things well. It supports upto 5 levels of home though I required only two however I am not able to Mop at the floor which is away from base stations even with limited capability and manual support, there need to be some workaround.

Average, water used for mopping is good for first 10 minutes. Post that mopping is not great as the refilling is not taking place. I don't know whether the MOP gets watered or Its the wet mop used. If so it gets dried faster. Not good for a bigger house. Try EUFY 28 bigger version with high suction power

Very handy and helpful
An Update as I have had it for almost a year now. Still love this machine. With the regular reminders for scheduled maintenance, it's still performing like the first day. There are mapping "shifts" that seemed to come up recently but I just had to re jig the map. I can really appreciate this machine. It is very intuitive and makes the weekend work load that much more attainable and complete. I have two floors, a little over 1000 squ ft per floor and I was finding my weekends consumed with "catch up" cleaning. The addition of this machine is as beneficial as the dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. It is doing most of the work so you don't have to. I just need to do the daily wipe down of the surfaces and this machine will take care of the floors. I try and use it daily, that's the true benefit of this machine. With daily use I have found the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner. I can spend more time on the hard to reach areas and focus on other tasks. I enjoy the fact that I can plan my cleaning as well. The machine mapped my home rather quickly (and on it's own), I was happy about that. It seems to be getting better and better at getting around the house. I have managed to figure out how to separate rooms, insert no go zones, and tailor the cleaning to a room by room need. As a first time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I must say I am very impressed. Is it as good as what I would do? No. But it is much better at keeping the daily mess at bay so I can focus on other things. I would recommend this product as I have read the reviews, looked other models up on line for three months prior to finally making this purchase. I took the feed back to heart in this product profile and am happy to report that the other reviews are accurate. Consider some of the negative feed back as an opportunity to understand. Great Product!
Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

O robô cumpre o que promete, aspira e passa o pano muito bem. ele desvia dos obstáculos muito bem eu estou gostando dele só que eu acho o valor alto nem todos podem pagar esse preço em um robô, acho que uns 3,000 já estava bem pago. Enfim ele ajuda bastante na limpeza diária, estou amando passando ele todo dia o chão fica muito limpinho, quem tem condições podem comprar vale a pena sim.

Amazing robot vacuum / mop - makes floors squeaky clean
The eufy X10 Pro Omni robot vacuum cleaner with mop is an incredible machine. Technology has moved on so much from the last robot vacuum I bought nearly three years ago, that was noisy, left half of the dirt on the floor, bashed into furniture and left messy marks on the floor after mopping (that had to be hand mopped afterwards to remove the marks!) The eufy X10 Pro Omni is a beast of a machine - the docking station (that stores the water tank and dust bag) is massive so make sure you check the measurements before buying as it takes up a fair amount of room. Set up was easy - the manual was online (so not wasting paper, that just gets lost or thrown away anyway) and I was ready to map the downstairs area within about 20 minutes of setting up. The app control is excellent - it is fairly easy to customise how you want the cleaning carried out and it was easy to set up routines (choosing water use / vacuum strength / edge cleaning and so on). Regarding the vacuuming and mopping. It cleaned my wooden floor and front room carpet perfectly - picking up cat hair, dust and crumbs leaving the floor spotless, and the mopping was also perfect - stubborn stains (that were left behind by my previous robot vacuum) were cleanup up and there were no lines from the mopping - the floor looked the best it has looked in years. The eufy X10 Pro Omni goes back to its base station around 3 times for a 3 room (office / front room and hall) clean, to empty the vacuum bin or top up when mopping, as the water sits in the base station, but it informs you along each step of the cleaning process. After mopping, the base station cleans and then dries the two permanently attached mop heads that sit at the rear of the robot. You can set for 2-4 hours for the drying - I initially set for 2 hours which is fine. The only negative is when the robot vacuum returns to the dock to empty the dirt to the bag in the base station, it sounds like a jet taking off, so maybe place the base in a separate room. T
