Defective product and lack of customer support.
Machine stopped working, and the store ignores my messages for weeks now after claiming they ordered a courier to pick up the broken part.

I’m disappointed with this purchase.
I’m disappointed with this product. I expected better quality and performance from a Dyson vacuum at this price. It doesn’t meet my expectations, and the overall experience has been frustrating. I would recommend comparing other options before purchasing.

I am thoroughly impressed with the performance of dyson v12s submarine. The video says it all. Good suction. Weight is okay. We will feel some pain if we use the wet mop attachment for longer period. The dry one doesn't cause any difficulties. I got 30 minutes battery life with 60% charge in auto mode. Auto mode increase suction power when dust is more. Charging speed is also good. Wet mop is also very good. The difficult part of normal wet mopping is always to clean the microfiber or cloth on a regular basis which will wet our clothes and body. With v12s you don't wet your clothes or body. You have to clean the wet roller every time the water runs out, but we don't need to put any effort to clean because keeping it under a running water is more than enough to clean the roller. If I summarise wet mopping, it would be like "doing a difficult task with ease but takes more time". I had used many other corded vaccum cleaners in the past. All of them felt so clumsy and after couple of uses it becomes a show piece. But dyson made some difference. This really improved my standard of living. Only downside is cost. Battery replacement is also costly. I hope the battery lasts long. However in this moment, I have zero complaints on its performance and ease of use.

a good investment for small families/ maidless apartment dwellers
Reviewing for: open plan 2BHK apartment dwellers with large, shedding dog. Don't keep a maid. Pros: -lightweight, possible to singlehandedly achieve majority of cleaning - extremely easy to maneuver. no need to move furniture. can be used flat to the floor to reach all the way under doublebeds. -quiet (our German shepherd is OK with it, and he tends to hate loud noises) - easy to clean and maintain. very intuitive to operate. - laser lights genuinely useful - the medium mode more than OK for regular cleaning. regularly left with 30-35 % battery (11-17 minutes worth of cleaning) - wet mopping head works even with old stains Cons: none really. If you have a pet who's a heavy shedder, you will find you'll have to empty out the dust compartment after a single room, but that's just part and parcel of pet ownership. in conclusion, very happy with purchase. use the dry head daily and mop head about once a week to once in 10 days (that's enough if you vacuum daily, can go without for longer in no-pet zones). Hesitated initially because it was a fairly new product in India (I think they had introduced it for 4-6 months at the time of purchase) and its a pretty large investment. But happy to do so. Especially since we don't keep a maid, and I have highly sensitive, allergy prone skin. Highly recommend !
Poor in sturdiness
Too many too delicate parts, some click locks were already broken when I received them. Maybe the quality is an issue as it’sa Chinese make. Not sure how sturdy the cleaner is, won’t recommend such a costly one… if I want I will buy a less costly one.
