Read the description carefully
I love this cookware it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. However, the 12” skillet has a non-stick coating -indicates by NS in the description. After MANY days spent researching, my brain just didn’t register this. So I was disappointed to see this. So if you are concerned about the non stick coating be careful when selecting this set. Phew. Now that my rant is over, I truly LOVE this set and I would recommend it!

I’m extremely happy with this Cuisinart Multiclad Pro cookware set. The pans heat evenly, respond quickly to temperature changes, and feel solid and well‑built. The lids fit perfectly, the handles stay cool, and everything has a professional feel without the professional price tag. One important tip: buy a stainless‑steel cleaner along with the set. These pans cook beautifully, but they will show discoloration, heat marks, and staining if you don’t maintain them. A stainless‑steel cleaner makes them look brand‑new again and keeps the finish in great shape. With the cleaner, cleanup is simple and the pans stay looking perfect. Overall, fantastic cookware — just pair it with the right cleaner and you’ll love them.

Grown-up Real Kitchen Adulting Cookware, Do It!
I love these! I have been using them for about three months no problems at all, they are durable. They maintain heat consistently and very well and they clean up great. If you see other reviews that knock stainless steel cookware don’t pay attention - at least with these you get Cuisinart quality and a really good “grown-up auditing” set of cookware. This isn’t you’re cheap Teflon $30 pack from the Arkansas superstore, you need to read a little bit about how to use them, but it’s not rocket science. I did crust one up pretty good but I soaked it in hot water for 20 minutes, a little bit of barkeepers’s friend and a scrub daddy and the thing was squeaky-clean and shiny in less than a minute with very little elbow grease. If you’re in the market to switch to stainless steel this is a great set.

Stainless Perfection!
BEST stainless pans I have ever used. I had the OG cuisinart stainless set in my home as a kid and they are still just as good as I remember. My only real nitpick about this set is that I wish the smaller of the two frying pans were non-stick and had the 12-in be the only stainless. However, the fact that I can purchase these pans separately and add pieces of the same line is a huge plus. I will definitely be adding more. The only thing you need to know if you are considering purchasing this set, if you have never used stainless before, is when cooking with stainless you don't need super high heat. Low to medium Heat is perfect and allow your pans time to adequately eat up. You will need to use a good amount of oil in the beginning to make sure your dish comes out properly but as you get used to it you will be able to use less. This set is a 10 out of 10 in my book. If you are on the fence just go for it!

Easier to use than I thought
I purchased these recently and was nervous due to lack of experience with stainless steel cookware. I have had no problems, they wash well, no sticking issues. I know they are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash by hand.
