I love everything about the bottle. Water stays cold/hot. Bottle looks great. All lids are great. Only thing is, grabbing the bottle seems difficult at times, such as when drinking.

Poor quality water bottle
I didn’t like this water bottle. I bought it a year ago and didn’t use it even once. It had a lingering smell, like a strong “new product” smell, and the water tasted strange. I washed it many times with different soaps and even used boiling water, but nothing helped. Unfortunately, after leaving water in it for a while, the straw became sticky. I believe it contains materials that don’t go away, so I wouldn’t recommend it

Great thermal water bottle. Works as described
It doesn't leak if you have the straw mouthpiece in the closed position but if in the open position and tipped upside-down it will leak some but that is to be expected. Keeps my water cold or hot tea piping hot all day. At first I didn't think I would carry a big bottle with me everywhere I go but now I take it to work daily and pretty much everywhere I go. My wife has had the same brand/version for years and it had held up to her abuse well. The only negative I have for hers is the rubber mouthpiece of the straw cap has disintegrated after about a year of use, probably from her lip gloss. I fitted a small piece of clear plastic tubing over the remaining hard plastic to make it work the same. I can actually take the little plastic tubing piece off and clean it from time to time as needed since she still uses lipgloss which gradually accumulates and needs to be cleaned off. The tubing piece i used needed to be heated in boiling water to soften it to make a snug fit. Pictures attached.
Great bottle for those hot days away from the water station
Overall a great bottle and holds ice for a few days. I use this for work, as I often work outside in the heat. It has saved me a lot of time refilling smaller bottles and it stays cold. The one issue is that it fell out of my van and hit the ground head first causing the screw top break. (See photo) over all I love this bottle and the carrying sling it came with!
