Sears uniformly
This press is large enough to sear four hamburgers at a time keeping the center portion down against the grill to cook more evenly. Same with steaks or pork chops. Easy to clean with a "Lodge" brush for cleaning cast iron and water. It's about 7 pounds, a perfect tool for grilling.
