Worth the money
Very good hand blender. While sturdy, it is very efficient and witch good care it should last you a lifetime. While more expensive than a typical household blender, this one is worth every penny. The 3 blades are useful as you can do more things with it than with a regular blender. I have also used the little mill for grinding flax seeds and chia and it works great. The noise level really depends of the item you blend/grind - it's not loud when blending fruit pures or soups, but it can get louder when mixing glazed nuts for praline or nut butters. The only downside I found so far is that it's not as easy to clean as regular blenders because the wand does not get detached from the main unit, but it can be easily cleaned by blending for a few seconds in a jag with water. Not sure if relevant, but i do like that it can sit on its own (see photo).
