Not very sharp blade too thick
Definitely not ultra sharp,very disappointing. Not really that sharp and the blade is a little on the thick side . It tends to split veg rather than slice through them.

The sharpest and best knife we’ve ever owned!
My wife says this is the sharpest knife she's ever used, and I have to agree with her. Slicing potatoes has never been this easy or precise. Although it may sound counter-intuitive, my experience of preparing food using a blunt knife is that it tends to cause more injuries, as you often have to push harder or find that the knife slips when you're not expecting it. The razor sharp blade on this knife makes food prep so much quicker, easier, and less dangerous! The 8" blade is well-balanced, with a fine point, so it's easy to score meat, cut into tomatoes, or slide and dice an onion. They've crafted the blade to resist sticking, even when cutting through thick vegetables. The handle is also nicely shaped and a good length. For £29, it feels like very good value for money, especially when you can pay three times for the same sort of knife elsewhere. It comes in a simple but elegant presentation box, which means it would make a very nice gift. Don't let old superstitions about gifting knives hold you back: I’d be thrilled to receive this one. Five stars.
Scharf, aber nur einseitig schön
Insgesamt eigentlich ein schönes Messer, sehr scharf, und sehr schön und sicher verpackt. Liegt gut in der Hand, ist gut gewichtet, und ein typisches Chefmesser, ziemlich groß. Jedoch stört mich hier eine Sache - Erstmal ist das natürlich 0815 Fabrikware, wie erwartet, stört mich nicht weiter und ist für den Preis absolut zu erwarten. Jedoch ist die Struktur des Messers nur auf einer Seite bemerkbar, auf der anderen Seite ist das messer ziemlich flach, und sieht völlig verschieden aus. Finde ich nicht ganz so schön, wirkt sehr ungleichmäßig. Davon abgesehen aber ein top messer!
