Excellent
Perfect in this budget
So easy, a blind person could do it.
Listen, if there’s one thing about this chair that everyone should know, it’s that it was so easy to build that 2 blind people could build it. My friend and I are blind, and we were able to take the instructions and put it together by ourselves. The instructions were small, but there was a set of instructions for the chair online as a PDF, so I took that, and I was able to take a picture of the package containing the hardware and understand what goes to what because everything was clearly labeled. It only needed the Allen key that it came with to build, and I even kept it around to tighten loose screws that get loose over time. One thing I didn’t really understand is that there were extra holes on the legs and feet that didn’t really go to anything, and when I tried to put the screws in, they didn’t screw in, so I left them out because they didn’t feel needed because I’d already screwed the legs on tightly with the other screws and they weren’t going anywhere, so if I regret that later, that’s my fault. They weren’t labeled K, and the other 5 screws that were labeled K were holding the legs on, so it didn’t feel like the others were needed. Other than that, it’s an absolute 5-star chair, works just fine, the massage pillow is amazing. For my bad back, and the footrest fits under my desk, and I recline when I’ve taken breaks from work or gaming. The USB connection can run off a power bank, so it’s nice when watching TV, gaming, or working. I love it so far, and it hasn’t broken on me yet, meaning I guess I did something right, but the fact that it was pretty accessible and easy to understand is amazing. 10 out of 10, total 5-star experience.
Great work from home office addition
I started working from home and needed a comfortable chair. This is it. Not only does it have a leg rest and neck rest for proper ergonomics, it also comes with a massager for my mid and low back. When I say I love my new chair, I love her. Highly recommend!
As Described
It came early and the seller was very helpful with questions I had about my delivery. My son loves his new chair! It was easy to put together and very comfortable. Will be getting a second chair for myself!
Update: Customer service stood behind quality
UPDATE 2: The company actually ended up refunding me completely to make up for the faulty chair. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and they were willing to stand behind their product and sent me over half of the purchase price in order to make up for the chair breaking within a year. After being contacted I would work with this company again since they took the time to contact and partially refund. This chair was not cheap. We purchased in February 2024 for my son’s birthday in April. We assembled after his birthday, and it was fine for a couple of months. Then it started making a loud grinding noise any time he swiveled. Eventually the arm just snapped off. This is all within the first year of assembly. We have had two other brands of gaming chairs that lasted many years each. My son only uses this chair a few times a week and weighs 60lbs. I do not understand why an expensive chair wouldn’t even last a full year. I sent a customer service message with no reply as of yet. Maybe this was just a fluke, but at this point I would not purchase this brand again.
Quality Construction and Great Design.
Great design, great quality. I’m 6ft tall and it’s just big enough that I’m comfortable. If you’re taller than that may need a bigger chair.
