Good stuff, great quality and very decent weight and the coating is actually really good too i expected it to fall apart within a few washes but it’s holding out really nicely Easy to use and i appreciate how it doesn’t disassemble into 3-4 diff pieces whenever i need to change the razors Deffo beginner friendly too
Reduces skin irritation and ingrown hair
I have a problem with hair growth I used countless razor blades I have Gillette labs , and the vibration ones, the heated ones Still no avail I still get ingrown hair and razor bumps Those are also expensive to replace This on the other hand Requires not big of a learning curve you can just use it no issue Don’t cut it vertically Only horizontally Then it will not hurt you Since it’s a single blade it prevent super close shave and also irritation since you can just throw away the blade you use after 2-3 uses, you can replace it cheaper anyway. This tremendously helped in the overall shave quality
A good beginner razor, just use another blade tho
Its a mild razor, and its good for beginners. Its my first razor and when i used jt the first time, i got a lot of cuts and i blame it on my technique. Used it 3 months later and i had a relatively smooth shave. I compare it to a rockwell 6c 2plate or the feather populat. Dont use the included blades coz its very low quality. I used it with Gillette silver blue and personna comfort coated and it was a smooth shave with minimal irritation due to me chasing that BBS and my OCD.

This is my first safety razor set and I have no complaints at all. The build quality and materials feel surprisingly good for the price. It gives a solid, comfortable shave and offers great overall value. Definitely recommended!

After using it i found it no better for me than a simple disposable 3 blade razor. The construction quality is outstanding though but i mean i bought it so i get less cuts and burns and in that regard it is no better or worse. Looks like maybe for me the solution will be in heating my beard more which is a time consuming headache. You definitely need to use this single blade more carefully to get a close shave with a well lit mirror as with the 3 blade disposable type its easier to simply swipe and not worry about too many missed spots like this one. Meh. Edit: Have been using it for a week or so and for me its definitely worse than a 3 blade disposable razer, i find no benefit in it whatsoever. It definitly less close a shave than a 3 blade razer and you have to make a lot more runs as well.

To add perspective, I am old enough to remember the Gillette pirate asking "How are you fixed for blades?", plus I actually used one of these way back in the Jurassic period before disposable razors were born. So I've been using disposables for a long time now, but they always required going over areas again and again to get a smooth shave, so I decided to try the old double blade style to see how it did. It does take a different grip, it's heavier and shaped much different than the disposables, and it doesn't have a swiveling head like some disposables have, so you have to pay attention to the angle you hold it, but once you get used to it it does a better shave than the disposables ever can. Since, as I stated, I had used one way back when I quickly got used to it, no arteries severed, no serious blood loss, and the shave didn't take as long to finish, those double edge blades are much sharper and cuts cleaner, so it doesn't require going over and over the same areas. Add in the money saved buying something I'm going to throw away after a couple of uses, buying blades is much cheaper. This razor is well made, has a solid feel, and the handle gives a good grip. I can see owning it for a long time, it's built to last. Like I said, I ain't going back! UPDATE: OK, it's official - Nope, ain't gonna go back. I'll admit my first use was more of a self sacrifice than a close shave, it's been a number of years (Do NOT ask!) since I've used one of these, and you do have to be careful - these blades are MUCH sharper than the disposables, so your stroke and placement must be controlled. My nicks were mostly caused by moving my hand in the wrong way, a way I got away with with the disposables, but not with these edges! I've been using it now for over a month, and I no longer nick myself, and the shave is both smoother and faster, I don't have to go over the same areas several times to get all the beard, it is mostly all gone on the first stroke, so it's less irritating to my f

Toller Hobel, komplett aus Stahl. Habe am Anfang direkt das Gefühl gehabt, dass man hier richtig aufpassen muss, damit man sich nicht aus Versehen den Kopf abschneidet – aber nach ein wenig Übung ist jetzt alles Bestens. Das Ding rasiert super Glatt. In gewissen Bereichen würde ich den Rasierer auf keinen Fall nutzen, es sei denn man will sich selber eine Vasektomie verpassen. Der Hobel ist komplett aus Edelstahl gefertigt und liegt wegen dem Eigengewicht extrem massiv in der Hand. Man braucht beim Rasieren eigentlich überhaupt keinen Druck ausüben, das Gewicht von dem Stahl erledigt die Arbeit quasi ganz von alleine. Wer von den billigen Plastiksystemen umsteigt, muss sich kurz umgewöhnen und die Klinge im richtigen Winkel führen, aber das Ergebnis ist um Welten sauberer und reizt die Haut viel weniger. Ein Rasierer für echte Kerle!
