Tastes Great! Quality Product. Even my 5 year old likes it!
I have been taking protein powders for almost 20 years I have literally tried hundreds of flavors, types of protein and manufacturers. From egg to whey to crickets (not kidding) and soy. This is without a doubt one of the best tasting, highest quality proteins I have ever used. My son (5) is a notoriously picky eater and always needs more protein in his diet. He's one of those kids that would rather go hungry than eat something he doesn't want. On a whim, I tried giving him this and he LOVES it! So, this has become a go to for me and my son. My only minor complaint is that while it mixes in water well, it needs significant agitating to blend smoothly. I suggest a shaker bottle. There are a lot of manufacturers with questionable quality or who do not use clinically tested doses of products. Optimum Nutrition is a brand that conforms to GMP standards. You get what you pay for - this one is well worth it!!
