My experience
Am taking my time to review this since I got improvements.I recently purchased the double chocolate flavor of this protein powder and while I've noticed positive changes in my body composition, I've been a bit disappointed with the taste. The flavor, although pleasant, falls short of my expectations. It's a bit chalky and artificial, which can be off-putting for those who prefer a more natural, indulgent taste. Despite the flavor issue, I've consistently seen improvements in my strength and muscle mass since incorporating this powder into my daily routine. The protein content is impressive, and it mixes easily into smoothies or shakes. However, I do wish the taste was more enjoyable. Overall, I'd recommend this protein powder for its effectiveness in supporting muscle growth and recovery. However, if you're particularly sensitive to artificial flavors, you might want to consider trying a different flavor or brand.

Excellent quality for a very good price
I bought this product on Amazon for a fraction of the price in pharmacy. I read some reviews saying that they deliver expired or almost expired product. This is absolutely not the case with the item I have received (it will expire 18 months after the date I received it). I used Whey proteins before, and had big gas issues. So I was afraid that this product will cause the same issues. However, I had absolutely no gas. The chocolate taste is ok. I highly recommend.
My Protein power had Maggots in it!
When something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I had been looking for the most economical choice for a protein powder when I came across this. It was cheaper than anything else I found online. After reading all the reviews and comments such as the expiry date being scratched out or complaints about the taste of the powder, I decided to take a chance with it anyways. I was actually satisfied with the delivery, packaging and content. Everything seemed to be alright to me. The taste wasn't that bad either. A few days into taking the protein, I noticed tiny white specs in the powder. I assumed nothing of them at first, thinking it was just one of the ingredients of the powder. After over a month of consuming the powder I discovered something so revolting, it makes me sick to my stomach just thinking of it. I used to mix the powder with milk in a plastic bottle after a workout. I usually would fill the bottle up with a little water and let it sink overnight before washing it the following day. I noticed a profound stench every time I would open up the bottle cap for washing. I ignored it. However, one day I let the bottle sit in the sink for 2 days. On the second night when I opened up the bottle to wash, the stench was just too overpowering. That's when I saw it. Tiny white worms crawling on the inside of the bottle cap! The little white life specs had come to life and were slithering all over the bottle cap! I felt like throwing up! I had consuming this unknowingly for the past month! I have never written a review for anything, ever! I will gain nothing from writing this review as the return date for product has already gone by. I just don't want anybody else to be consuming something like this. If u still decide to but the product, go ahead and do the water test to see if u can find any creepy crawlies in your protein powder. Do let me know if anybody else faced the same with this product.
