Exactly what I need for osteoporosis!
I’ve recently been diagnosed for Osteoporosis and I’ve learned that just taking Calcium doesn’t do enough. You have to make sure the calcium is being absorbed. This formula was clearly created with that as a priority. Algae was one of the ingredients I was looking for. The quality inspires me to be diligent in my daily regimen. Works even at half the dose!
Been conservative with dosage and just got my dexa score. 5% improvement! Even with taking half the recommended dosage! Wanted to make sure I had no side effects. Great product!
