Vitamin D supplements
It's a high dose for Vitamin D as compared to normal vitamins, as I don't have much exposure to the sun due to the weather and work setup. These supplements seems liks they're a good option to keep the body functioning properly.

This is my favorite brand for vitamin D. The gel caps are soft, small and easy to swallow. No smell or taste. I started taking to help with muscle cramps but they have lots of benefits. The price is good
