damaged hygrometer
the hygrometer is damaged? since day 1 it is stuck on 24% humidity. i used an other hygrometer and placed it inside the box humidity reading is 95%, the stock one stayed at 24%!? thank you elegance case, they send me a new hygrometer and a very nice gift directly, i appreciate your after sale follow up and planning to buy more products from them. respect.
Works well for beginners
Build quality is pretty good. Seasoning went well and the humidity level is preserved steadily. Be mindful of the space inside - won't work if you have too many cigars. Definitely recommended.
Great item
Great disk top-humidor to start with or use it as tabletop humidor for morning cigars.
No problems
Nice looking, nice smelling, holds humidity, good value.
good
its not bad but still expensive for the price
Use it
Very valid to be apply restored you cigar fresh
No gels
Did not come with the humidor gels
Product is very fragile and delivered in pieces
Delivered in pieces. Very fragile. Spent 2 hours to fix all the items. Missing pieces like the black plastic piece that retain the Battery. Very low quality.
Worth every penny
Easy to set up and looks amazing
Excelente humidor, gran vendedor
Buy this
So far so good! Got it locked in to 70% humidity in about 24 hours and it's been stable with some cigars in it since then (about two weeks). It's my first humidor and I got to say the whole setup with the instructions are really beginner friendly. I did however go an extra step outside of the instructions and seasoned it with distilled water as well which I think gave it a bit of a boost. Good price, good quality. I have nothing to complain about.
Great product and excellent customer service
Highly satisfied with my Renzo Humidor. It looks great and temperature and Humidity levels are consistent at just where I want them to be. Videos on the website and the seasoning guide that came with the humidor were easy to follow. I did have a question during the seasoning process and the Case Elegance team was responsive and helpful, they even proactively reached back out to check how things were going a few days later. I’m highly satisfied with my purchase and am confident in recommending to others.
