The most basic of watches that does what it is made for

The simplest watch I may have ever owned. When I worked medical this is the type of watch I would have wanted to wear. A glow in the dark watch face that glows pretty bright when light charges it but I feel like the glow drops away to a dim level very quickly. The crown on the side has two positions, pull it outward two levels and you can set the time. pulled out one level and you set your date turn forward for number or reverse it for the day of the week in either English or Chinese characters. It shipped with a nylon watch band that is pretty good quality or a silicone band which I haven’t tried on yet.

Watch out for the watch!

This watch comes with 2 bands but doesn’t keep time well and probably needs a new battery but the face is good for vital signs

Should have quick-change springbars on default strap.

This Gosasa Unisex Military Field Watch is an analog watch with a luminous dial. The easy to read face has Arabic numerals showing 12 hour time and another set of smaller numerals showing 24 hour time. There’s a day and date window at the 3 o’clock position. It’s promoted as a unisex watch, but it’s 42mm in diameter, not including the crown, so it isn’t a small watch. I think some women (and some men) would consider this watch too large. It’s 9.5mm thick. I like big watches, so this one fills the bill for me. The hour and minute hands are narrow, and have luminous centers. There is a sweep second hand. The watch has a single crown with 3 positions. When the crown is pulled all the way out, the second hand stops, so you can zero it when you set the time. I have no idea what kind of metal the case is. It has a black coating that will probably show signs of wearing off after a few weeks of wearing the watch. The back is stainless steel. The crystal is absolutely flat. There are two 22mm straps included. Neither is tapered. The one on the watch right out of the box is black nylon woven material. It has a silver colored buckle. And here’s where things get weird—the installed strap does not have quick-change spring bars, but the alternative rubber strap does. Why’s this? The rubber strap not only is a quick-change strap, but it has a black plated buckle that matches the color of the watch. But you’ll need a springbar tool (not included) to remove the nylon strap before you can replace it with the provided replacement, or any other 22mm strap you might like. The watch comes with an instruction manual that I have not read. While I can’t pretend this watch is in a league with Rolex, or even Seiko, it is a nice looking functional watch. And for about $20, you wouldn’t need to insure it just to wear it.

Nah

Worked great for the first week so I got rid of the straps and got some nice leather ones then it stopped keeping time. Every day I wake up its off by a half hour or more and now I cant return either.

Great for nurses

I got this mainly for an analog watch so that I could count heart rhythms with patients. The quality of this watch is actually quite good. I have seen the other reviews from years ago, and it seems that they used to have some issues with quality, at least with the khaki version. I got the black with light, and it is very nice. The nylon band is heavy duty and it now comes with a silicone band as well that you can swap out.
