A WATCH THAT HAS A 15-DAY WARRANTY… APPARENTLY
Purchased this GOLDENIZE FASHION Men's Sport Quartz Watch on 06.09.2026 and received it on 11.09.2026. Within just 15 days, this so-called “branded” watch decided to retire from active service and turned into nothing more than an expensive piece of decoration. I must appreciate the manufacturer for achieving something remarkable: making a watch fail faster than most people can finish its packaging. But the real entertainment begins when you try to get customer support. I contacted Amazon expecting a solution. Amazon told me to contact the seller. Excellent. But where is the seller? Apparently, contacting this seller requires a level of spiritual enlightenment normally reserved for finding Brahma Ji himself. There is: ❌ No proper customer-care contact ❌ No working email address ❌ The phone number provided by Amazon is invalid ❌ The number I found through Google belongs to someone else ❌ No practical way to get a response or resolution So, after purchasing the watch, the customer apparently receives a bonus product: “A FREE TREASURE HUNT: FIND THE SELLER.” Perhaps the next version should come with a compass, a map, and divine intervention. The product description says “Branded”, but after experiencing the quality and after-sales support, I am seriously questioning what “branded” is supposed to mean here. A watch becoming useless within 15 days is disappointing. A seller becoming completely unreachable when the customer needs help is even worse. Amazon should seriously examine how sellers like this are allowed to operate when customers have no effective channel for resolving defective-product complaints. Bottom line: Buy this watch if you want to experience two things simultaneously: 1. How quickly a watch can become useless. 2. How difficult it can be to find the person responsible for it. Not recommended. Save your money—and save yourself the frustration of searching for the seller after the watch dies.
If you can afford the price the product is good
Nice product, it works fine but I have to readjust size for my hand , but I have better durability, and it's appearance also good
