Overall review
The robot vacuum itself is okay, but the app and mapping system are very poor. It takes a long time to map the rooms, and even after completing the mapping, the room layout is often inaccurate. The robot does not properly recognize or map the rooms, which affects its cleaning performance and navigation. The app is also frustrating to use and needs significant improvement. Overall, the product gets a poor rating from me mainly because of the unreliable mapping and bad app experience.
Just below what was expected.
Battery takes 4-5 HOURS to charge, very bad. Can only slightly change settings, but enough to make a difference. It is quite noisy. Only saving grace(s): does a great job, albeit slowly. The app is quite good.
Poor Navigation, Weak Battery, and Inefficient Mopping
I had high expectations for this robot vacuum and mop, but unfortunately it has been very disappointing. The mapping system is unreliable — the map often gets lost in the app, and sometimes the robot gets stuck in one place for no clear reason. On other occasions, it fails to reach areas it normally cleans without any obstacles. My home is about 200 square meters, and it takes nearly 8 hours to finish cleaning because the battery is not sufficient and the robot has to stop multiple times to recharge before continuing. In addition, the mopping performance is below average and does not clean effectively. Overall, the performance does not justify the price. I do not recommend buying this product.
Terrible Service of Anker uae
Extremely bad customer service of anker. Big story tellers. Unprofessional. Not resolving the simplicity of in warranty providing a spare part. Absolutely an unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend to go ahead with anker uae!!!

***Update April 2025*** So I've had eufy a while now and thought I'd give people more info on a couple of situations we've had. A couple weeks ago I got a notification saying the brush wheel was stuck on something (it's on while I'm out of the house in the morning) I got back and found it had hoovered up a tie, my children so lovingly left on the kitchen door handle, I thought it was going to be a pain to get out because it was wrapped in there good but no after a couple of unclips from the brush bar underneath it just fell out, was clipped back into place then happy. I then got another notification asking me to check the dustbin compartment for clogs, I reckon this was an after check from above, but I was surprised when I unclipped the dustbin (under the giant circle on top) and lifted out the filter there was no box to argue with it was just empty space so had it actually been clogged it would be so easy to unclog it! I also got my first notification to empty the dust bag today (I was surprised it really did do the 60days in our house - maybe a little over) so I got excited about testing out the hoover method - this did not work for me, the hoover nozzle was too big to fit in and even when I got it snuggly over the hole the cat fur kept clogging the hole. However I did manage to manually empty it by tipping it upside down over the bin and guiding all the fur out - and I'm so glad I did. First of all it didn't take long, maybe 5-10 minutes and secondly it had hoovered up sooo much it shouldn't have. I thought I was pretty good at clearing the floor before going to school so imagine my surprise when emptying the bag I found 4 hair clips, £2.20 in change and a fiver! No idea where eufy found these but had I thrown the bag away as intended I would literally be throwing money away 😅 just something to think about.... I then popped it back in and reset the bag on the app and so far seems to be working fine. I still stand by my initial review eufy is amazing and so far w
Amazing product, should have bought it earlier.
One of the best purchases I've done in a very long time. Let's be honest: I won't perform a miracle. If the floor is extremely dirty, you will need to do a scrub beforehand. But for the usual dirt, this is an amazing product. Keeps the house clean for a long time. App is easy to use and set up. Maintenance is clear and easy to perform.
