Decent quality and good price
Have been using it for 2 weeks now. Was pretty easy to install. Decent quality and ergonomics. Reasonable price.
I was expecting better quality based on the reviews
This is in a disappointment. - First, it advertises that the seat can be raised to 21.3” (54cm) but my chair can only adjust up to 52cm, which was one of the requirements when I selected the chair. - The overall build quality also feels cheap. The back frame connects to the seat using hard plastic brackets and it constantly squeaks when leaning back. I've tightened every screw several times to the extent possible but then, after using the chair for a few hours or a day, the squeaking noise starts again and this cycle repeats. Strangely, there is more room to tighten the screws again. It seems like the chair structure keeps on giving away and I am afraid it will break at some point. - The headrest is positioned too far back to provide proper support, and it wobbles whenever you lean against it. - The other big issue is the comfort. Unfortunately, since I started using this chair, I have woken up with back pain. I tried adjusting the lumbar support in every possible position, but it doesn't make any noticeable difference. Pros: It is not all that bad, it glides easily, the base is mede of metal and is solid, it was relatively easy to put together, despite its lumbar support adjustment doesn't help with my back pain but having one that is flexible (up/down and moved horizontally) is a feature that many more expensive chairs don't have. Overall, I was expecting a better outcome considering positive reviews but unfortunately, I have to send it back.

Bad quality, you can’t lock setting angle, head rest far back from you head, after long time of use I have pain all around my body I can’t sleep well
Cómoda, funcional y de materiales resistentes.
Es comoda, de materiales resistentes y es bonita. Las base es de metal se siente bastante resistente, la tela del respaldo es transpirable pero se siente resistente, los reposabrazos y el soporte de cabeza se pueden ajustar, el soporte lumbar es útil cuando pasas horas sentado. Los únicos detalles son, las ruedas son de plástico y no giran tan suave (no son malas); el otro detalle es el asiento, si pasas muchas horas sentado no es tan cómodo pero no es inconveniente si le das un uso moderado. Si recomiendo esta silla.

La silla es cómoda, los materiales de calidad… Se siente firme, he tenido sillas que se sienten flojas muy pronto. Después de un mes de usarla si la recomiendo.

Great office chair with comfort, support, and modern style
I’ve been really pleased with this chair so far. It was easy to put together, feels sturdy, and looks great at my desk. The X-shaped design gives it a more unique and modern style than a typical office chair. Most importantly, it’s comfortable. I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk, and this chair gives good support without being hard or uncomfortable. It’s a nice balance of comfort and structure, and it doesn’t take up too much space either.
